Qualifications - 5+ years of experience within Talent Acquisition, HR operations, or People functions. - Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to translate complex datasets into strategic insights. - Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, programs, or projects in a dynamic environment. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, with experience in Greenhouse considered an advantage. - Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes, introduce automation, and implement scalable recruiting solutions. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills, particularly when presenting data or training materials to stakeholders. - Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner with recruiting teams, leadership, and cross-functional departments. - Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
