The IT Application Administrator plays a key role in supporting Beacon's core enterprise systems, including the Electronic Health Record (EHR), electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. This role is responsible for resolving application support tickets, assisting with quality assurance checks, and escalating system issues or gaps for further review. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and committed to ensuring system stability and alignment with business processes. This position can be done remotely. Responsibilities: • Always be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures. • Respond to and resolve application-related tickets escalated to the Enterprise Applications team. • Monitor application workflows to ensure adherence to established processes and documentation standards. • Conduct regular QA testing to validate system functionality and identify issues or deviations from expected performance. • Escalate identified gaps, bugs, or configuration concerns to appropriate internal teams or vendors for resolution. • Assist with minor application configuration, template updates, and user access management. • Support end-users by answering how-to questions and providing guidance on best practices. • Contribute to documentation efforts, including FAQs, support guides, and internal knowledge base articles. • Collaborate with implementation and optimization teams on testing, validation, and user feedback during rollout phases. • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with system updates and organizational processes. Education and Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience supporting healthcare applications or IT systems. • Familiarity with EHR, eMAR, or CRM platforms is a plus. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a customer-service mindset. • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
