• Supporting on-site day of convention connectivity for a state-of-the-art convention center. • Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting of technical equipment and systems. • Interacting with event organizers and attendees to address technical issues and ensure a positive experience. • Installing and terminating Ethernet cabling. • LAN/WLAN configuration and troubleshooting. • Temporary network expansion setup/teardown. • Desktop/device support for connecting to LAN/ WLAN. • Ensuring all setups comply with safety regulations and standards. • Keeping track of equipment inventory and reporting any damages or losses.
• Design, integrate and deliver private 4G/5G networks for industrial and enterprise customers across France and Europe • Act as the technical authority for Private 4G/5G solutions across the full delivery lifecycle • Own and validate HLD/LLD designs for 4G/5G Core, IP Transport and end‑to‑end architectures • Ensure solutions meet performance, resilience, scalability and contractual requirements • Define and validate end‑to‑end test strategies, acceptance criteria and procedures • Drive end‑to‑end integration of: 4G/5G Core (EPC & SA), RAN (desirable), IP Transport & Security, Use‑case applications (MCPTT, MCX, SBC, IPBX) • Engage directly with customers in a clear, professional and structured way to support design decisions and delivery • Standardise delivery templates, architectures and documentation
• Oversee the help desk operations and manage in-scope IT on campus • Lead and mentor the Help Desk team • Oversee daily Help Desk operations • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures • Monitor help desk metrics and report trends • Collaborate with infrastructure, applications, and network teams • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement • Manage staffing schedules and workload distribution • Support IT onboarding for new hires • Serve as the point of escalation for complex end-user issues
This role will ensure the networks we manage exceed the expectations of our clients. We’re on the lookout for a knowledgeable and customer-orientated Network Engineer. Providing exceptional customer service. Proficient in utilizing a PC and familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite. Responding to emergency outages promptly. Administration: Configure, administer, and document custom policies for Network Access Controls. Security guidelines: Adhere to strict Information Systems security guidelines in all incidents. Design: Analyze, design, and implement network access control solutions based on industry best practices. Support: Provide support for Cisco ISE, Firepower, ASA, Fortinet, and Palo Alto firewall engineering, installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, and management. Collaborating within Operations to resolve end-user and network escalations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues. Monitoring, investigating, and actioning equipment alarms. Collaborating with Boldyn Networks on customer installation activities as required and contributing to project-related tasks as assigned. Tracking and updating escalation tickets. Ensuring that Boldyn Networks policies and end-user agreement are upheld. Assisting in your region as assigned. Attending training events. Obtaining required certifications. Completing additional reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks as required.
