Role Description - Manages Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) technology, including system integration, data accuracy, performance dashboards, and reporting. - Oversees maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory control to minimize downtime and maximize asset life. - Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to improve operational efficiency and ensures compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. - Develops budgets for maintenance, conducts cost-benefit analyses, and manages capital planning/investment decisions. - Leads, trains, and supervises technical staff, while collaborating with stakeholders in IT, Facilities, and Engineering. - Develops and implements comprehensive asset management policies, procedures, and long-term, risk-based maintenance strategies. • Evaluate end-to-end claims workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities • Lead process mapping, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks • Develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent adoption across teams and markets • Measure process performance using KPIs and ensure processes support regulatory and compliance standards • Partner with Claims leadership to define operational strategies that support business goals and customer experience objectives • Lead cross-functional projects related to claims transformation, automation, vendor integration, and workflow modernization • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend, vet, and innovate solutions that enhance claims performance • Facilitate communication between cross-functional partners including IT, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Customer Experience • Provide training, documentation, and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of process changes • Ensure processes align with regulatory requirements, company policies, and best‑practice standards • May supervise a direct report(s), such as a Process Strategy Consultant or Analyst, in alignment with organizational growth • Provide coaching, development, and performance feedback to support team member success • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.

• Lead and mentor the IT Support team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high-quality technical support. • Work with vendors for licensing and contracts management. • Provide laboratory, office, and remote users technical support via remote tools, phone, email and chat. • Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides to enhance service delivery. • Consistently strive to provide the ultimate client experience by being responsive and empathetic to users’ IT issues. • Prioritize, schedule, and resolve service desk incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner. • Provide support for account and group administration of on-premise and cloud-based applications. • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, guiding staff through steps. • Testing and documentation of new solutions and processes to continually improve IT services and support. • Ability to train end users on IT applications and systems as needed. • Provide support on lab systems, label printers, copiers, and other electronics as needed. • Participate in evaluations of new software, hardware, and tools. • Assist with strategic initiatives providing input into IT processes, procedures, and service level development. • Participate in decisions regarding downtime impact on users through accurate communication, planning of scheduled downtime, and quick problem resolution. • Creation of knowledgebase articles and documentation as required. • All other duties as assigned by management.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of payroll tax filings (e.g., Forms 941, 940, W-2, W-3), sales tax filings, and other regulatory filings across applicable jurisdictions. • Register for new payroll tax and sales tax accounts as needed due to business expansion or remote workforce coverage. • Reconcile payroll tax liabilities, sales tax obligations, and payments regularly, resolving discrepancies as needed. • Monitor and stay informed on changes in payroll tax legislation, sales tax laws, GAAP, and other accounting regulations, ensuring compliance. • Manage and maintain employee tax data, including tax jurisdictions and residency details. • Respond to tax notices and inquiries from authorities, coordinating resolutions with internal and external stakeholders. • Make outbound calls to federal, state, and local tax agencies to resolve filing discrepancies, confirm account status, request penalty abatements, and follow up on outstanding notices. • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate processing and reporting of wages, benefits, deductions, and taxes. • Assist in year-end tax processing, including W-2 distributions and final sales tax filings. • Recommend improvements and automation opportunities to enhance payroll tax, sales tax, and accounting compliance efficiency. • Support internal audit processes by preparing and organizing documentation, workpapers, and supporting schedules across accounting and finance functions for audit review. • Respond to internal audit inquiries by gathering and providing requested documentation across accounting, finance, and compliance functions. • Support the Internal Audit Manager in periodic compliance reviews across accounting and finance processes, identifying control gaps and preparing remediation recommendations. • Maintain organized audit trails across accounting and finance operations, including tax filings, payments, journal entries, and correspondence to ensure ongoing audit readiness.
