What you can look forward to doing: As a Sales Operations Intern, you’ll gain exposure to the processes, analytics, and programs that support our sales organization. You’ll collaborate with Sales Operations professionals and cross-functional teams to help keep our sales engine running efficiently and effectively. - Support the documentation, communication, and execution of sales operations processes and best practices - Assist with planning and coordination of internal sales meetings, summits, and programs - Help prepare recurring reports, metrics, and dashboards used by sales leadership - Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and insights related to sales performance - Serve as a support point for routine operational requests and special projects - Maintain tracking, documentation, and reporting related to sales initiatives - Learn how sales operations align with Ensono’s broader business strategy and client outcomes Our summer internship is the entry point into our 12-month rotational program. The program aims to create a pathway to full time employment and develop well rounded junior associates with great potential. Each summer we choose two interns to join Ensono full-time and gain experience in different departments over 3-month rotations. Because of this, our ideal intern candidate would graduate in Winter or Spring 2026 and be interested in full-time opportunities after the internship ends.
