• Partner with internal business stakeholders or external clients to understand workflows, pain points, and integration needs, translating them into actionable product requirements. • Define and drive the integration roadmap, improving user experience, project progress tracking, visibility, and efficiency measurement across platforms. • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and scale API-based integrations supporting both internal applications and external client systems. • Define metrics to evaluate integration performance and business impact, ensuring measurable improvements in turnaround time and data quality. • Prioritize features and development efforts based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. • Lead cross-functional alignment between business operations, product, and engineering to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in MBA, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5 - 7+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B or B2C software products.
- 3+ years of experience in defining and building API or platform integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of system interoperability, data flows, and user experience principles.
- Proven track record delivering cross-platform integrations that improve workflow efficiency or customer experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments with distributed engineering teams.
