Principal Product Manager – External Platforms, Client Solutions

• Act as a primary product interface for external customers, gathering requirements, validating assumptions, and shaping solutions that balance client needs with platform strategy. • Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, and Delivery teams to support new opportunities, scoping discussions, and ongoing customer engagements. • Clearly communicate product direction, trade-offs, and timelines to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Translate customer problems into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Contribute to product discovery through customer interviews, workflow analysis, and data-driven insights. • Ensure that externally driven requests are evaluated against platform reuse, scalability, and long-term roadmap alignment. • Own and maintain a subset of the product roadmap, ensuring priorities are clear, sequenced appropriately, and aligned with business objectives. • Work closely with Engineering to plan, refine, and execute product initiatives, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews. • Track delivery progress, dependencies, and risks across multiple customers and initiatives, proactively driving resolution. • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations. • Manage timelines, milestones, and scope across parallel workstreams, ensuring predictable delivery and high-quality outcomes. • Support release planning, documentation, and customer-facing enablement where required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.
- Technical background (engineering, computer science, data, or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and modern cloud-based systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and customer engagements simultaneously.
- Experience writing clear product requirements and working directly with engineering teams.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with project tracking, prioritization, and execution.
- Experience in B2B, enterprise, or platform-based products.
- Exposure to data platforms, AI/ML systems, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience working in fast-growing or ambiguous environments.

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a professional in the information security or cybersecurity industry to fulfill the Product Solutions Manager (ITRC) role.
