• Actively engage with the One Forma crowd pool and attract qualified contingent workers for AI projects. • Conduct initial screening to assess candidate suitability for various projects. • Guide candidates through the application and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience. • Collaborate with the Project Recruitment Lead to understand project-specific hiring needs. • Propose suggestions to improve recruitment processes and workflows. • Maintain accurate records of candidate outreach, recruitment funnel metrics, and hiring performance. • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges. • Ensure adherence to all local labor laws and Centific recruitment policies. • Maintain confidentiality and data security during the recruitment and onboarding process.

• Manage and resolve support tickets (Zendesk, sometimes Jira) • Troubleshoot issues across multiple domains (orders, inventory, inbound/outbound) • Document solutions and build a knowledge base • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to speed up problem-solving • Build simple dashboards/metrics; write lightweight scripts (Python, Shell) • Collaborate across engineering, operations, and account management

• Manage live site operations of maps data pipelines • Investigate failures • Apply fixes • Address security issues • Review data validation results in production and PPE environments

• Drive deep hands-on impact while growing influence across research, engineering, and product teams • Architect Centific’s Agentic AI and RL platform • Bridge research and production-grade delivery • Mentor team members and ensure technical accountability

• Troubleshoot server and network hardware including fibreoptic cables, optics, and hardware components • Manage circuit move, add, change and disconnection orders (MACDs) life cycle. • Directly execute or manage local vendor technicians for servers, circuits and maintenance troubleshooting. • Facilitate physical layer installation of server and network cabling according to cabling matrices. • Physical server and circuit troubleshooting and fault analysis. • Provide ongoing support of production environment and coordinate with vendors, system owners, and other operations teams in order to resolve any issues. • Responsible for coordinating and tracking requests/orders and providing weekly reports. • Participate in On-Call Rotation for Ad-Hoc troubleshooting between internal teams and external providers

• Execute deployment tasks with precision and compliance. • Collaborate with client feature teams to manage recurring and out-of-band deployment activities. • Develop and maintain deployment and automation scripts using PowerShell and/or YAML. • Deploy services across all environments, from pre-production rings to production. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during and post-deployment to ensure service reliability.

• Conduct quality assurance testing for localization projects • Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate translations and representations

• Oversees multiple data collection projects locally and globally. • Works with clients and horizontal functions (recruitment, HR, finance, IT) to ensure program success. • Sets methods of daily production reporting. Reviews important data. • Responsible for compiling timekeeping records for management level, approval, and submission. Approves time-off requests. • Helps to drive Lean implementation amongst team members. • Monitors budget spending for projects. • Approves equipment requests and spending. • Conducts interviews for PM and SPM level positions. Decides on hiring. • Meets with clients for updates on ongoing projects. • Addresses project issues on a financial level. • Work with PMs and SPMs to ensure appropriate coverage of all duties within the appropriate process flow. • Initiate changes/updates to the process in a timely manner and ensure they are passed down and implemented by other team members. • Collect and initiate process improvements, eliminating areas of waste to enhance process flow and promote efficiency while passing these on to below team members. • Review End of Day (EOD) reporting pertaining to process flow on assigned projects. • Meet or exceed all daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs pertaining to the specific process flow of the Program Manager. • Additional duties as required.
