• Personally source, run, and close complex enterprise deals ($150K–$500K+ ACV) for multilingual AI and data solutions with Fortune 500 and high-growth technology companies • Build pipeline from zero in new verticals and expand existing accounts from an initial localization/multilingual entry point into multi-department, platform-wide adoption • Drive new logo acquisition while growing existing account ARR through cross-sell and upsell into adjacent teams (product, engineering, digital, marketing) • Carry a personal quota while remaining hands-on in enterprise deal cycles, setting the standard for consultative, relationship-led selling into technical and non-technical stakeholders alike • Provide senior guidance and mentorship to other sales team members within the Multilingual Language Practice, sharing account strategy and deal execution best practices • Act as a senior voice in shaping the practice's overall enterprise sales approach and pipeline strategy • Own strategic enterprise relationships end-to-end, from initial localization/multilingual data contact through to executive sponsors • Navigate long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles across global, multi-market accounts • Build trusted, long-term relationships with executive buyers, positioning Centific as a strategic partner rather than a point solution • Lead entry into new verticals (e.g., tech, life sciences, retail, financial services) with tailored positioning for multilingual AI, localization data, and global content solutions • Partner cross-functionally with product, delivery, and marketing to refine messaging, shorten sales cycles, and position Centific's multilingual AI data foundry capabilities against market needs • Represent Centific in market — through customer relationships, industry speaking engagements, and thought leadership in multilingual/global AI — to build brand credibility in regulated and highly localized industries • Own and report on ARR growth, quota attainment, and pipeline health for your book of business • Partner closely with Shannon Zimmerman and the broader Multilingual Language Practice on account strategy, forecasting, and go-to-market execution • Collaborate with Jonas Ryberg's practice leadership to align enterprise deal strategy with the practice's broader multilingual AI roadmap

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, distributing projects and markets based on individual strengths and priorities. • Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates from our OneForma pool to meet specific project demands. • Manage the entire recruitment process, from application tracking to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates. • Provide regular updates to the Project Recruitment Manager on project progress and recruitment metrics. • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

• Ensure timely resolution of server fault tickets • Collaborate with teams and vendors for server issues • Handle on-call tickets and operations recovery

• Reviews reports on daily production, passes relevant information up. • Double checks timekeeping records and submits them. Approval of PA/PC hours. • Follows and helps to update Lean documentation. • Creates training specifics for projects. • Install the operating systems for new mounted servers • Responsible for reinstalling the server operation systems, solving the abnormalities. • Responsible for the daily server maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and follow-up break-fix of the server and other hardware. • Maintain data on internal systems including asset management, ticketing, rack related data • Work with remote vendors/manufacturers or other teams to solve server batch failures and problems • Oncall on duty, responsible for dealing with the problems raised by the business owner side • Collect and check online assets status or issues • Erase drives or other configurations for retiring or relocating servers. • Retrofit some tools by updating or writing scripts • Submit and track the part RMA or media destruction process if needed • Server network troubleshooting • Server lifecycle management including managing the performance of OxMs • Other server operation related work

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for AI/ML, data collection, and software development projects. • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. • Drive E2E QA plans, coordinating with engineering, data science, QAs, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile best practices. • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to internal leadership and external clients. • Ensure compliance with Centific’s data security, privacy, and quality standards.

• Build and fine‑tune models for detection, tracking, segmentation (2D/3D), pose & activity recognition, and scene understanding (incl. 360° and multi‑view) • Train/evaluate vision–language models (VLMs) for grounding, dense captioning, temporal QA, and tool‑use; design retrieval‑augmented and agentic loops for perception‑action tasks • Prototype perception‑in‑the‑loop policies that close the gap from pixels to actions (simulation + real data) • Curate datasets, author high‑signal evaluation protocols/KPIs, and run ablations that make results irreproducible impossible • Package research into reliable services on a modern stack (Kubernetes, Docker, Ray, FastAPI), with profiling, telemetry, and CI for reproducible science • Orchestrate multi‑agent pipelines (e.g., LangGraph‑style graphs) that combine perception, reasoning, simulation, and code‑generation to self‑check and self‑correct

• Design simulation environments and digital twins for enterprise workflows • Post-train LLM agents using RLHF, DPO, GRPO, PPO, and emerging methods • Build pipelines that convert human-labeled traces and verifiable signals into training data • Architect multi-turn, tool-using agents with closed learning loops • Design reward functions and verifiers that resist reward hacking and reflect real task outcomes • Set the technical bar across the team — architecture, code review, engineering standards • Mentor researchers and engineers; drive technical direction through influence • Translate research into production; contribute to publications
