• A key aspect of this role is to support and manage the profitability and loss (P&L) for assigned products, ensuring that financial targets are met and exceeded. • This includes analyzing market trends, negotiating terms with suppliers, and coordinating with internal teams to optimize product offerings and drive profitability. • By acting as a bridge between various departments, this role ensures seamless operations and fosters a collaborative environment that supports the company's overall growth and success.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience working for a Fleet Management Company
- 5+ years’ experience in managing Fuel and Personal use product offerings.
- 3+ years’ Team management experience.
- 3+ years Operations budget management
- Demonstrated ability to pivot between managerial duties and technical execution; must be comfortable performing high-volume transaction processing alongside the team when necessary to maintain operational continuity.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who can think creatively and operate in a dynamic white space environment, specifically concerning solution development.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships and effectively communicating with other team members.
- Willingness and ability to travel to attend meetings and meet with fleet customers and dealers.
- Ability to comfortably manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical experience; experience with platform solutions such as PowerBI, Qlik, , Smartsheet, Jira, or related software solutions preferred.
- Crisp, insightful oral- and written-communication style and able to summarize, using data & supporting narrative across multiple formats.
