• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental practice owners, acting as a trusted advisor • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their financial needs, goals, and challenges • Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations in a clear and accessible manner • Collaborate with clients to develop customized financial plans, emphasizing their unique practice dynamics • Facilitate effective communication between clients and our Accounting Team, ensuring client satisfaction • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and business best practices • Additional financial reporting responsibilities as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the financial industry
- Audit or financial accounting experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into understandable and actionable insights
- Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on client satisfaction
