• Prepare and review US (Forms 1040, 1120, 1065) and Canadian (T1, T2, T3) tax returns • Coordinate and review cross-border tax filings and disclosures (e.g., FBAR, 5471, 3520) • Identify cross-border tax planning opportunities and risks • Research and communicate complex tax issues with clients and team members • Support internal tax planning initiatives and process improvements • Participate in cross-border tax team check-ins and mentorship • Communicate directly with clients and lead meetings • Improve internal and client processes and systems • Support automation and system efficiencies • Provide weekly updates during team check-ins • Contribute to a collaborative team culture

• Manage a portfolio of private company clients as their primary accounting advisor • Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring all accounting, compliance, and advisory needs are met • Oversee bookkeeping, and year-end work, coordinating with specialists as needed • Lead the onboarding process of new clients, set up and document processes, integrations and systems based on AH Cloud tools, and lead the eventual handoff to a bookkeeper within the team • Assist with scoping of new clients and rescoping of existing clients • Perform bookkeeping directly or supervise junior bookkeepers depending on the client • Conduct client meetings, set expectations, and provide strategic guidance • Review financial statements, working papers, and deliverables prepared by junior staff • Mentor and coach junior team members in the Philippines • Analyze workflows and recommend process or technology improvements • Assist with or lead implementation of workflows and cloud-based tools • Liaise with tax, corporate compliance, valuation/M&A, and CFO specialists • Ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with Canadian accounting standards • Provide updates and participate in team check-ins

• Participate in client meetings, provide technical insights, and build strong client relationships • Assist in managing a portfolio of U.S., Canadian, and dual-resident clients with timely and accurate service delivery • Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and relationship management • Review simple and intermediate U.S. and Canadian tax filings • Prepare or oversee preparation of Forms 1040, 1120, 1065, T1, T2, and T3 • Coordinate, or review cross-border disclosures (FBAR, 5471, 8621, 3520, etc.) • Identify cross-border tax planning opportunities and risks • Research and communicate complex tax issues to team members and clients • Mentor and coach junior team members; support training and performance discussions • Develop, improve, and document internal procedures and best practices • Participate in business development activities through referrals, networking, or proposal participation • Support process automation and system efficiencies • Provide weekly updates during team check-ins • Operate with minimal oversight and a high level of independence
