Senior Salesforce Developer

Veracyte, Inc.

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and declarative tools • Leverage Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Data Mappers), and other declarative tools to build complex business processes without code when appropriate • Translate functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions that align with platform best practices • Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to deliver user-centric solutions • Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural input for Salesforce implementations • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and optionally MuleSoft or AWS services • Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through code reviews and best practices • Provide mentorship to junior team members and actively contribute to technical knowledge sharing

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, Process Builder, and other declarative development tools
  • Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD workflows
  • Proven experience designing solutions that balance declarative and programmatic approaches
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data structure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
