You will work with our highly qualified Salesforce Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions that utilize Salesforce platform best practices. As Sa enior Developer, you will lead integrations using Web Services and APIs and lead data migration efforts from legacy applications. You will be responsible for Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as triggers, Flows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, and Lightning Web Components. Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests. Working with and supervising & assisting junior team members, to scope and implement complex business solutions. • Develop custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and API services • Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality compliant solutions • Support capture of feedback by incorporating them as user stories and tasks in the product backlog and assists in prioritizing them for implementation in subsequent sprint cycles • Assist in decomposition of complex capabilities into testable user stories and tasks working in close coordination with the development teams • Prepare, participate, and engage in sprint review / integration solution design demo sessions by presenting and addressing technical queries as needed • Proactively identifies potential risks and supports devising strategies and implementing them • Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce leading practices and federal security and compliance standards • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and release management • Assess vulnerability scan results and resolve issues as directed by government • Manage deployment activities and deliverables from Dev environment to additional government environments as needed • Maintain documentation, technical designs, and deployment procedures • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions • Support all agile ceremonies as requested including sprint planning, backlog grooming, technical spikes, sprint reviews, and demos

• Collaborating with the Salesforce Lead Engineer and the Solutions Architect to propose, conceptualize, design, implement, and develop solutions from end to end • Owning the technical blueprint for assigned features — anticipating edge cases, preventing technical debt, and designing for long-term maintainability • Perform testing, debugging, change control, and documentation for major projects within the program • Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Web Components, and Flows to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements • Create Salesforce custom API endpoints and consume external APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization • Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code • Collaborate with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business • Working with Service Cloud Voice and Omni-Channel to enable telephony solutions • Design, implement, and maintain Agentforce agents — defining Topics, Instructions, and guardrails to build autonomous workflows that stay within business rules • Leverage Data Cloud to unify customer profiles and ensure AI agents operate on accurate, consistent data • Implement least-privilege access models using Permission Sets and Salesforce Shield to protect sensitive policyholder data • Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly — critically evaluating generated code for correctness, security, and architectural fit
