Senior Salesforce Developer

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce, demonstrating a deep understanding of governor limits • Implement and maintain solutions using the Salesforce developer toolkit, including Apex classes, web services, controllers, triggers, and batch, queueable, or scheduled jobs • Build and manage integrations and automations using REST APIs, JavaScript, DataWeave, and Python • Utilize declarative tools, including Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts, to configure and enhance platform functionality • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for Salesforce Administrators and mentor junior team members • Researching, designing, and building the CI/CD pipeline from scratch • Enforce coding standards through code reviews and manage CI/CD deployment processes • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues and performance flaws to ensure high availability and efficiency • Implement and manage platform monitoring solutions using Salesforce Event Monitoring to identify security threats, analyze performance, and ensure compliance

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience building custom Salesforce solutions
  • Expert-level knowledge of Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, and LWC
  • Strong experience with legacy code (Visualforce) and modern declarative tools (Flows)
  • Experience implementing integrations using REST APIs
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD processes
  • Proven ability to design scalable solutions and manage security/data models
  • Working knowledge of Revenue Cloud or Service Cloud administration
  • Experience with Salesforce Event Monitoring and Shield
  • Active, daily user of AI tools in your technical workflows
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders and communicate with a variety of audiences
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing change without direct authority
  • Proactive, self-motivated team player with strong team collaboration skills, including reliability, positivity, problem-solving, and respect for diversity
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
