Job Description

HR Workforce System Analyst

Peoplevisor

• Work with an agile team to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements, create detailed technical design documents or user stories • Initiate and coordinate multiple work efforts across multiple teams to drive secured solutions and manage efforts such as Software as a Service (SaaS) integrations, Single Sign-on (SSO) & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and data migrations • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology integrations, able to communicate effectively with product teams, technology areas and leadership • Assist with defining, implementing and monitoring adherence to policies, processes, and standards • Research latest industry leading practices to incorporate them into process improvement methodologies

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT delivery
  • Experience in configuration and integration with cloud-based vended applications (SAML/SSO, APIs e.g. RESTful, packaged third-party application integrations)
  • Fundamental understanding of database technologies (Oracle and/or SQL)
  • Fundamental understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (e.g. OAuth, basic authentication, etc.)
  • Experience with data migration
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud Platform
  • Kronos or Salesforce is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in at least one programming language is a plus.
