• Be responsible for client interfaces within a project or group of projects for the assigned technology competency of the business. • Ensure successful deliverables (e.g., charter, project/staffing plan, issue logs, budget, etc.) and work with the Client project manager to resolve issues that stand in the way of project success. • Manage to the agreed to budget and deliver the project profitably. • Lead client-facing consulting engagements and manage multiple projects, assigning and managing work activities, meeting deadlines and providing status reports to different stakeholders. • Assure the client of the commitment and drive the delivery process by working collaboratively with the Managers-Client Services, Project Team(s), and Delivery Managers in the business. • Participate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, formulate delivery approach and develop a proposal/SOW. • Provide guidance and mentoring to other Project Managers working on their implementations. • Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed. • Work with the client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes. • Work with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed to checkpoints. • Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings. • Identify opportunities to position other service offerings. • Maintain clients’ ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Peoplevisor is reputable and reference-able once in production. • Present client with change orders in the event they're asking Peoplevisor to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW. • Contribute to and mold a culture of continuous education amongst your colleagues, mentees, and managers - serve as a professional role model. • Viewed as a trusted senior advisor at the C-Level/VP level or equivalent, both internally and externally. • Demonstrates leadership in the scaled, enterprise Agile and Program Management community, showing differentiated invention and innovation. • Collaborates with our field sales, pre-sales, training and support teams to seek to understand our customer’s needs, their business, how success is defined and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in delivery and developing valued solutions. • Possesses a deep knowledge of project management best practices and how to apply them in an effective and pragmatic way across large, complex engagements and organizations. • Understands the cloud technology value proposition, principles and services including infrastructure, business applications, data management, security, application platforms and consumer facing technology.

• Provide functional leadership for assigned project role with focus on implementing, maintaining and supporting Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM applications and any relative solution design, business process analysis, and system integration. • Create and maintain effective client relationships and will participate in, and support, profitable business development. • Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM functionality. • Configure the Cloud/Fusion HCM Application based on client requirements. • Provide functional application leadership and guidance to client regarding "leading practices" and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation. • Work with client to develop business solution designs to ensure that business requirements are met. • Document and perform application set ups in test and production instances. • Thoroughly review application set up and configuration with the appropriate client lead to obtain sign off. • Raise issues as they come up and work on resolutions in a timely manner to ensure adherence to the project schedule. • Work with the respective client functional lead to ensure knowledge transfer. • Participate with the respective client functional lead throughout system testing. • Provide guidance to the respective client functional lead in the preparation of training materials and class agendas.

• Ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring and testing the Workday HCM solution to meet specific client needs • Foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise • Support with request for proposal (RFP) preparations • Deliver demonstrations to clients • Train junior level consultants • Gather and document client business requirements • Design and configure the Workday solution • Demonstrate configurations through development of prototype systems • Assist in testing the Workday solution • Complete knowledge transfer to clients • Work with confidential client/data conversion team to convert legacy data into Workday • Assist integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model • Resolve complex tasks when other team members need support • Collaborate and communicate effectively on team-based projects • Maintain ongoing client satisfaction • Innovate and suggest new approaches • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation • Demonstrate computational thinking

• Provide Workday technical consulting services as a subject matter expert • Guide clients through the entire systems development lifecycle from requirements through release to production • Design and generate data tracking and monitoring tools, develop reports • Guide clients through the data extract and cleansing process and configuring business processes and security

• Identifying, writing and managing business requirements. • Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping). • Supporting configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training.

• Support product, sales, leadership and marketing teams with data insights • Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques • Develop custom data models and algorithms • Use predictive modeling to enhance customer experiences and revenue generation • Coordinate with functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes • Develop processes to monitor model performance and data accuracy

• Lead Integration projects, providing clients with guidance and configuration fixes as well as recommending best practices related to client requests • Assist functional teams in Integration configuration and testing alongside client and supporting vendors • Provide support and leadership for junior level consultants

• Develop, assist, and lead delivery teams in building projects within Salesforce Commerce Cloud • Implement new features using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) scripting language • Implement front-end features using jQuery library • Create and maintain code documentation • Debug and troubleshoot software defects • Implement Digital Consumer experiences based on SFCC to meet expected quality standards • Participate in Agile sprints and implement changes as defined by business requirements • Integrate commerce cloud with 3rd party/back-end systems • Diagnose and solve technical problems during implementation and support phases • Help team/client with Business Manager configuration and administration • Build reusable cartridge/components • Implement build and release management using CI/CD strategies
