• Conduct Change Management review and processing including all types of ECR, Manual ECO releases, Rework and RTM review through S4 Hana / PLM Module • Participate in the CCB and Pre-CCB management as required • Review and approvals of ECR/ECO • Tracking and management of any actions required • Tracking and management of ECO implementations • Act as CCB manager to chair the CCB meetings (as needed) • CMP Management and enforcement • Review Change and release implementations performed by the BOM and Data Management Team • Assist Bom and Data Management team as required • Assist various engineering group with inquiries and topics revolving around ECR/change management process and factory originated ECRs with focus on MY/VN Plant (during maternity cover) • Assist with Product Transitions/ transfer as required • Assist / Drive transition activities within the Global configuration management group from various legacy systems to SAP S4 Hana • Duties as deemed necessary by the Change Management Manager • Assist in doing internal audits (as needed) • Support optimization and continuous improvement plans/projects MY/VN centric • Support projects related to build xfer to Malaysia and product transition to S4 • Support other activities, meetings and discussions related to product transfer and transition.

• Ensure global materials compliance for electronic products by managing product material data, supplier declarations, analytics, and regulatory submissions; • Drive data quality, automation, and decision-making across engineering, sourcing, and quality. • Manage compliance database - Review, analyse, correct compliance data to maintain the necessary data integrity and validity. • Collect, validate, and maintain material compliance data (IPC-1752A/1754, CMRT/EMRT, declarations/certifications, FMDs) from suppliers. • Develop scripts/ETL to automate data ingestion, deduplication, and validation from PLM/ERP and supplier portals (APIs, CSV/XML). • Own materials compliance data across product BOMs – Perform gap/risk analysis, prioritise supplier outreach and track closure to targets. • Prepare and manage regulatory dossiers and customer responses: EU REACH/SCIP, RoHS, EU Battery Regulation, TSCA, Prop 65, WEEE, Conflict Minerals, and emerging PFAS obligations. • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) for coverage, risk, and programme KPIs. • Integrate compliance checks into change control (PCNs/ECOs) and design-for-compliance reviews. • Support internal/external audits and provide training to engineering and sourcing teams. • Partner with vendors/platforms (e.g., Assent, BOM check, Silicon Expert, Source Intelligence) to scale coverage and data quality.

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the company’s general ledger • Own journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis • Prepare and post standard and adjusting journal entries • Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities in accordance with the close calendar • Maintain accurate balances across GL accounts and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items • Perform balance sheet account reconciliations • Lead intercompany invoice posting, variance analysis, and reconciliation of all intercompany balances • Assist with cash, net debt, and working capital analysis as required • Support external audits, internal audits, and statutory reporting

• Support and enhance SAP landscape • End-to-end resolution of SAP system issues • Governance over system changes and enhancements • Continuous service and process improvement

• Provide day-to-day sales and customer service support for distribution accounts, serving as a backup resource for distribution-related inquiries. • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Support teams to resolve order, availability, and delivery-related issues. • Log, manage, and track distributor and customer complaints in Salesforce, including documentation, corrective action (CAPA) coordination, and follow-up. • Expedite product availability by coordinating with XP Power buyers and factory planners to address constraints and prioritize distributor needs. • Support Inside Sales activities as needed, including order status updates and issue escalation. • Facilitate North America Salesforce lead management, including lead assignment, coordination, and routing of Rest of World (ROW) leads. • Generate, maintain, and distribute weekly and monthly distribution, backlog, and sales reports using SAP S/4 and Salesforce. • Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and data reconciliation between systems. • Identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies in sales and backlog data and communicate findings to Sales and Operations leadership. • Manage and maintain distributor website content to ensure accuracy of product data, images, lead times, pricing, and availability. • Coordinate updates with internal stakeholders to ensure distributors have current and compliant product information. • Support distributor enablement by improving data quality and visibility across systems and channels.

• Lead the design, build, and optimisation of business-critical applications and automation solutions • Combine architecture leadership with hands-on engineering to accelerate delivery, reliability, and scale • Work with relevant stakeholders to understand user requirements • Analyse current issues/gaps and identify improvement opportunities • Own end-to-end lifecycle: discovery, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to operations • Create apps and automation: improve user experience and efficiency by digitalizing manual business workflow/process • Implement automation across CI/CD, infrastructure as code, release management, and test automation • Engineer integrations and APIs; design event-driven workflows and orchestration across SaaS/enterprise platforms • Establish and enforce best practices for security, reliability, performance, and cost optimisation • Collaborate with product/operations to refine requirements, maintain backlogs, and deliver incremental value • Build observability (logging, metrics, tracing); lead incident response and root-cause analysis • Mentor engineers, lead design/code reviews, and maintain technical documentation and standards • Contribute to governance: estimation, risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication • Track KPIs (deploy frequency, lead time, MTTR, defect rates) and drive continuous improvement

• Provide timely technical support and respond to enquiries from North American distributor sales teams and customers • Deliver product training to distributors and channel partners • Recommend and support design-in of power supply solutions based on customer requirements • Perform basic electrical testing and validation for customer-specific applications (as needed) • Troubleshoot application issues related to integration, EMI/EMC, and thermal performance • Act as primary or secondary technical contact with suppliers in Asia supporting North American business • Coordinate with North America Applications Engineering to resolve technical questions and customer concerns • Document technical details of customer engagements and customized solutions in the company CRM system
