Senior Digital Solutions Engineer
XP Power
• Lead the design, build, and optimisation of business-critical applications and automation solutions • Combine architecture leadership with hands-on engineering to accelerate delivery, reliability, and scale • Work with relevant stakeholders to understand user requirements • Analyse current issues/gaps and identify improvement opportunities • Own end-to-end lifecycle: discovery, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to operations • Create apps and automation: improve user experience and efficiency by digitalizing manual business workflow/process • Implement automation across CI/CD, infrastructure as code, release management, and test automation • Engineer integrations and APIs; design event-driven workflows and orchestration across SaaS/enterprise platforms • Establish and enforce best practices for security, reliability, performance, and cost optimisation • Collaborate with product/operations to refine requirements, maintain backlogs, and deliver incremental value • Build observability (logging, metrics, tracing); lead incident response and root-cause analysis • Mentor engineers, lead design/code reviews, and maintain technical documentation and standards • Contribute to governance: estimation, risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication • Track KPIs (deploy frequency, lead time, MTTR, defect rates) and drive continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or equivalent disciplines
- 7+ years delivering production applications and automation solutions
- 3+ years in MS Power Platform and SharePoint, Dataverse and Azure
- Experienced in data connection and tool integration with out-of-the-box connectors
- Ability to create custom components and connectors in Power Platform
- Deep understanding of application lifecycle management
- UI/UX concepts & design frameworks
- Solid knowledge of at least two of: Python, C#, CSS, JavaScript, HTML
- Experienced in API design and integration patterns (REST)
- Messaging/queues and data stores (SQL)
- DevOps toolchain: CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)
- Enterprise automation: RPA
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
- Adaptive with strong initiative and attention-to-details

This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of the RFP/RFI lifecycle, ensuring that every submission is on-time and of the highest quality. Location: India, Remote Contract Type: Full-Time Employment Start Date: ASAP SweetRush is a remote organization, and as such, all resources must be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and generally be available during established working hours. Your Impact and Responsibilities: Proposal Management (The "Air Traffic Controller") - Timeline Ownership: Manage the proposal calendar, ensuring no deadline is ever missed, and every stakeholder is aware of their milestones. - Task Assignment: Schedule and manage reviews, assign specific sections to stakeholders, and proactively encourage contributors to ensure timely completion. - Proposal Integrity: Take ownership of integrating company-specific information—including legal, accounting, and policy documentation—into proposals to ensure all administrative requirements are met with precision. - Quality Assurance: Manage the final assembly of RFx documents, ensuring they meet all technical requirements before submission. Perform rigorous final checks on all submissions to ensure 100% hyperlink functionality, consistent formatting, and adherence to client-specific submission guidelines. Procurement & System Management - Portal Management: Serve as the primary administrator for client procurement systems and vendor portals, managing logins, credentialing, and document uploads. - Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all mandatory company data, certifications, and compliance forms are current and accurately reflected within various procurement platforms. Knowledge Management & "Source of Truth" - Library Maintenance: Lead regular "housecleaning" cycles to archive outdated assets and refresh the central library of proposal content. - Boilerplate Ownership: Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, and Operations to keep company policy documentation, financial info, and legal riders current and accessible. - Asset Refresh: Ensure that the most successful answers are captured and re-integrated.
