• Support the transformation of large, complex datasets into meaningful insights that inform business decisions • Assist in extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns • Support the development of dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure data accuracy and consistency • Perform ad-hoc analyses and help translate findings into actionable insights • Contribute to improving data workflows and processes for better efficiency

• Engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Tableau platform. • Build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and c-suite decision makers. • Drive the analytics discussion and identify use cases within accounts. • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts. • Assist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives. • Coordinate internal resources including product support, customer success, and sales engineering to meet customer business needs. • Manage complex sales-cycles and present C-level executives the value proposition of Tableau platform. • Define and complete territory/account sales plans and meet/exceed sales goals (quotas).

• Own monthly reporting end-to-end: validate data, prepare insight-driven memos, explain key trends and variances, and facilitate cross-functional discussions across Operations, Growth, and Finance • Manage commission payouts and the commission platform, resolve issues proactively, and partner with Sales leadership on payout strategy and target-setting • Build, maintain, and evolve Sales, Customer Service, and Underwriting headcount models, updating assumptions and improving forecasting accuracy to guide staffing decisions • Analyze performance metrics including conversion rates, call volume, talk time, and sales behaviors to identify workflow optimization opportunities • Own monthly Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) reporting, reconcile data with Finance and Accounting, and clearly articulate drivers of variance to plan and month-over-month movement • Lead proactive and ad-hoc analytical deep dives, transforming multiple datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations • Hire, onboard, and develop a junior analyst, establishing strong processes, accountability, and a scalable foundation for the function

Position Purpose: - Analyze integrated and extensive datasets to extract value, impacting and influencing business decisions. - Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders to identify areas of value, develop solutions, and deliver insights to reduce overall cost of care for members and improve their clinical outcomes. - Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources including healthcare provider, member/patient, and third-party data. - Support execution of large-scale projects with limited direction from leadership. - Identify and perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities and present findings and proposed solutions to leadership and/or customers. - Manage multiple, variable tasks and data review processes with limited supervision within targeted timelines. - Support the design, testing, and implementation of process enhancements and identify opportunities for automation. - Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to understand how customers interact with analytic products. - Support multiple functions and levels of the organization and effectively communicate findings and insights to non-technical business partners. - Independently engage with customers and business partners to gather requirements and validate results. - Communicate and present data-driven insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders, soliciting and incorporating feedback when required. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Comply with all policies and standards. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance or related field or equivalent experience. - 2+ years of experience working with large databases, data verification, and data management, or 1+ years IT experience. - Healthcare analytics experience preferred. - Working knowledge of SQL/query languages. - Preferred knowledge of programmatic coding languages such as Python and R. - Knowledge of statistical, analytical, or data mining techniques including basic data modeling, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis preferred. - Preferred knowledge of modern business intelligence and visualization tools.
