Distribution Sales Operations Specialist
XP Power
• Provide day-to-day sales and customer service support for distribution accounts, serving as a backup resource for distribution-related inquiries. • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Support teams to resolve order, availability, and delivery-related issues. • Log, manage, and track distributor and customer complaints in Salesforce, including documentation, corrective action (CAPA) coordination, and follow-up. • Expedite product availability by coordinating with XP Power buyers and factory planners to address constraints and prioritize distributor needs. • Support Inside Sales activities as needed, including order status updates and issue escalation. • Facilitate North America Salesforce lead management, including lead assignment, coordination, and routing of Rest of World (ROW) leads. • Generate, maintain, and distribute weekly and monthly distribution, backlog, and sales reports using SAP S/4 and Salesforce. • Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and data reconciliation between systems. • Identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies in sales and backlog data and communicate findings to Sales and Operations leadership. • Manage and maintain distributor website content to ensure accuracy of product data, images, lead times, pricing, and availability. • Coordinate updates with internal stakeholders to ensure distributors have current and compliant product information. • Support distributor enablement by improving data quality and visibility across systems and channels.
Job Requirements
- Experience in sales operations, distribution support, or commercial operations, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and ERP systems (SAP S/4 preferred).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with SAP S/4 preferred.
- Comfortable supporting remote and international teams across time zones.
