Senior Change and Release Management Specialist
XP Power
• Conduct Change Management review and processing including all types of ECR, Manual ECO releases, Rework and RTM review through S4 Hana / PLM Module • Participate in the CCB and Pre-CCB management as required • Review and approvals of ECR/ECO • Tracking and management of any actions required • Tracking and management of ECO implementations • Act as CCB manager to chair the CCB meetings (as needed) • CMP Management and enforcement • Review Change and release implementations performed by the BOM and Data Management Team • Assist Bom and Data Management team as required • Assist various engineering group with inquiries and topics revolving around ECR/change management process and factory originated ECRs with focus on MY/VN Plant (during maternity cover) • Assist with Product Transitions/ transfer as required • Assist / Drive transition activities within the Global configuration management group from various legacy systems to SAP S4 Hana • Duties as deemed necessary by the Change Management Manager • Assist in doing internal audits (as needed) • Support optimization and continuous improvement plans/projects MY/VN centric • Support projects related to build xfer to Malaysia and product transition to S4 • Support other activities, meetings and discussions related to product transfer and transition.
Job Requirements
- 5 years experience in an equivalent/related position
- Firm grasp of Configuration Management and how it is employed within an Engineering and factory environment
- Knowledge of BOM structures and change management/version control
- Familiar with ERP tools and their usage in an Engineering and Production environment
- Ability to review ECR’s (Engineering Change Request) with the view of ensuring key information captured
- Above average skills with Excel for data comparison and analysis
- Microsoft office (Word, Power point)
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
