• Ziel des Projekts ist die Sicherstellung der laufenden FP&A-Prozesse: verlässliches Management-Reporting, präzises Tracking der Wachstumskennzahlen und ein sauberer Budget- und Forecast-Zyklus. • Du stimmst dich dazu direkt mit CEO und Finance-Team ab und lieferst eigenverantwortlich. • Monatliches Management-Reporting: Erstellung der konsolidierten Management-GuV, Cashflow-Statements und Topline-Performance-Updates • Durchführung des jährlichen Budgetprozesses (Schwerpunkt September bis Dezember) sowie der monatlichen Forecast-Zyklen • Regelmäßiger Abgleich zwischen Backend-Systemen und Looker, Analyse und Klärung von Abweichungen zur Absicherung des Management-Reportings • Aufbereitung und Analyse zentraler Abo-Kennzahlen (ARR-Entwicklung, Churn, Net Dollar Retention) und korrekte Abbildung des SaaS-Geschäftsmodells in allen Berichten • Datenbasierte Auswertungen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Management und Fachbereiche

• You lead and develop our seven-person People team (four direct and three indirect reports) and create an environment where everyone can thrive. You can switch seamlessly between Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development and administrative topics as needed. • You report directly to the CEO and act as a strategic sparring partner as well as a key trusted advisor to the entire Senior Leadership Team on all forward-looking and operational people matters. • You shape and promote our company culture and develop initiatives that sustainably strengthen our cohesion, psychological safety and engagement — especially in our remote setup. • You manage and optimize the core areas of our People function, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development (L&D) and HR Operations. • You hold strategic responsibility for the people budget and ensure targeted control of personnel costs across the company, coordinating closely with the Finance team. • You design modern, scalable HR processes that are well aligned with our agile way of working and support the company’s growth.

• You are responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle across paid channels such as Google, Meta and LinkedIn, from strategy through ongoing optimization. • You lead a team of 4 specialists focused on events, content, geo-targeting and marketing automation, and actively support their professional development. • You identify growth opportunities in existing and new channels and develop approaches that actively generate demand, not just capture it. • You work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations and Partnerships to improve conversion rates and strengthen the overall buying process. • You manage a seven-figure advertising budget, analyze performance data and present insights clearly and understandably to senior management. • You run experiments and implement optimizations directly in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.

• You lead, motivate, and develop our existing finance team as well as external service providers, creating a culture of trust and excellence. • You are responsible for strategic financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, delivering data-driven decision support to the executive team. • You manage the day-to-day operations of finance and accounting and take a hands-on role in complex tax and accounting matters when needed. • You continuously optimize and automate our internal finance and accounting processes to efficiently support our scaling. • You ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB) and the reconciliation to IFRS. • You act as the central point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, banks, and authorities, and confidently handle tax and regulatory matters.

• You are responsible for our editorial presence across the website, newsletter and social channels, ensuring quality and brand fit • You take our social media strategy to the next level: personal branding, opinionated content and community building through networking and influencers. You script video content and coordinate production with agencies, producers and freelancers or with AI video tools. • You maintain our website in the CMS (Hygraph) and ensure content resonates with and engages our target audience. • You act as a sparring and briefing partner with Product Marketing and SEO/GEO. You produce case studies with our customers, from initiation through interviews to the finished success story.

• You own the end-to-end monthly reporting process, from preparing topline performance updates to managing consolidated management P&L and Cash Flow statements. • You lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles, ensuring that our revenue projections and cost structures are accurate and evidence-based. • You perform regular data health checks between our backend systems and Looker, identifying discrepancies to ensure our reporting is bulletproof. • You collaborate with department heads and senior management across the company, providing ad-hoc analysis and data-driven insights for various strategic projects. • You maintain and update our financial views within LucaNet, ensuring that accounting postings are correctly reflected and the reporting structure meets management needs. • You participate in senior leadership meetings to provide technical financial context and answer detailed questions regarding our performance and KPIs.

• You take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting compelling job ads to the final handshake, ensuring a smooth and respectful candidate experience. • You lead structured interviews and assessments, focusing not just on technical skills but also on finding the right cultural addition to our distributed team. • You proactively source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, building a sustainable pipeline of talent for our growing ERP ecosystem. • You work closely with your hiring managers & stakeholders. • You contribute to the continuous improvement of our employer branding and recruiting operations to ensure we remain a top choice for talent in the DACH region. • You collaborate closely with the broader People & Organization team, contributing to internal projects that enhance our company culture and organizational development.

• You independently identify automation opportunities within our internal business processes (e.g., Sales, Marketing, or Operations) and implement them using AI agents and low-code tools, contributing your own new tool ideas. • You support the AI taskforce in designing and prototyping AI-powered workflows that deliver real value to our B2B and e-commerce clients. • You build and maintain automations using tools such as Claude and Gemini and integrate agents into existing system landscapes. • You conduct market and technology research in the AI field to ensure we stay one step ahead technologically. • You translate complex technical concepts into clear, management-ready decision materials.

• Act as a strategic proxy: Represent the CEO and the executive team in key meetings, making judgment calls on high-stakes initiatives and escalating only when necessary. • Drive cross-functional execution: Take end-to-end ownership of critical projects, ensuring that initiatives move from problem definition to successful implementation without relying solely on delegation. • Elevate financial and operational rigor: Prepare board materials and investor updates, actively interrogating data and financial models to ensure accuracy and strategic clarity before they reach stakeholders. • Foster accountability: Maintain momentum across the organization by holding teams accountable to deadlines and outcomes, balancing firm expectations with a collaborative, constructive approach. • Structure the ambiguous: Quickly synthesize messy, complex situations into clear frameworks, memos, and decision papers that allow the leadership team to move with speed. • Enable communication: Act as a communication hub, translating complex updates and sensitive information into the appropriate register for diverse audiences, from the senior leadership team to the entire company.
