Head of Finance
Xentral ERP Software
• You lead, motivate, and develop our existing finance team as well as external service providers, creating a culture of trust and excellence. • You are responsible for strategic financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, delivering data-driven decision support to the executive team. • You manage the day-to-day operations of finance and accounting and take a hands-on role in complex tax and accounting matters when needed. • You continuously optimize and automate our internal finance and accounting processes to efficiently support our scaling. • You ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB) and the reconciliation to IFRS. • You act as the central point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, banks, and authorities, and confidently handle tax and regulatory matters.
Job Requirements
- You have several years of solid professional experience in finance and demonstrable leadership experience, ideally in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- You possess deep knowledge of German accounting law (HGB) and solid experience with IFRS accounting.
- You are highly proficient with DATEV and modern ERP systems and have a strong affinity for digital financial processes and automation.
- You have an analytical, structured way of working and can effortlessly bridge strategic foresight with operational detail.
- Ideally, you have prior experience in the B2B or e-commerce sector, which helps you understand our target customers and business models.
- You communicate confidently and fluently in German and English, both written and spoken.
