• You are responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle across paid channels such as Google, Meta and LinkedIn, from strategy through ongoing optimization. • You lead a team of 4 specialists focused on events, content, geo-targeting and marketing automation, and actively support their professional development. • You identify growth opportunities in existing and new channels and develop approaches that actively generate demand, not just capture it. • You work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations and Partnerships to improve conversion rates and strengthen the overall buying process. • You manage a seven-figure advertising budget, analyze performance data and present insights clearly and understandably to senior management. • You run experiments and implement optimizations directly in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of scaling in dynamic settings.
- You have built and developed marketing teams and know when to think strategically and when to roll up your sleeves.
- Deep expertise in paid media, particularly Google Ads, and experience across multiple demand channels, from events and content to geo-targeting.
- You are highly data-driven, have strong numeracy and bring technical understanding of performance marketing.
- You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken, and are comfortable working in an international team with a DACH focus.
