• You own the end-to-end monthly reporting process, from preparing topline performance updates to managing consolidated management P&L and Cash Flow statements. • You lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles, ensuring that our revenue projections and cost structures are accurate and evidence-based. • You perform regular data health checks between our backend systems and Looker, identifying discrepancies to ensure our reporting is bulletproof. • You collaborate with department heads and senior management across the company, providing ad-hoc analysis and data-driven insights for various strategic projects. • You maintain and update our financial views within LucaNet, ensuring that accounting postings are correctly reflected and the reporting structure meets management needs. • You participate in senior leadership meetings to provide technical financial context and answer detailed questions regarding our performance and KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • Your are Senior Finance Professional with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • You have a solid working knowledge of LucaNet and are comfortable navigating the tool, managing consolidations, and adjusting reporting layouts.
  • You are highly proficient in Excel and have experience using BI tools like Looker to analyze datasets and monitor business performance.
  • You have a strong background in accounting or a related finance degree, giving you a deep understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow mechanics.
  • You have an uncompromising eye for detail and enjoy digging into data to find the root cause of an error until the numbers tie out.
  • You are familiar with standard SaaS and subscription metrics and understand how to translate these into meaningful reports for B2B and E-commerce contexts.
  • You are fluent in English and German (written and spoken) and are comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders in a professional, remote environment.
