• You lead and develop our seven-person People team (four direct and three indirect reports) and create an environment where everyone can thrive. You can switch seamlessly between Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development and administrative topics as needed. • You report directly to the CEO and act as a strategic sparring partner as well as a key trusted advisor to the entire Senior Leadership Team on all forward-looking and operational people matters. • You shape and promote our company culture and develop initiatives that sustainably strengthen our cohesion, psychological safety and engagement — especially in our remote setup. • You manage and optimize the core areas of our People function, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development (L&D) and HR Operations. • You hold strategic responsibility for the people budget and ensure targeted control of personnel costs across the company, coordinating closely with the Finance team. • You design modern, scalable HR processes that are well aligned with our agile way of working and support the company’s growth.
Job Requirements
- You have at least 8 years of solid professional experience in HR (ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment) and at least 3 years of proven experience leading teams.
- You combine empathetic leadership with practical experience in Organizational Design and Change Management to adapt organizational structures to our growth in an agile way.
- You bring a strong hands-on background with deep operational experience in Talent Acquisition (recruiting) and HR Business Partnering.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and use HR KPIs (People Analytics) strategically to make well-founded, data-driven decisions for the organization.
- You have a very strong command of German employment law and substantial experience with the legal framework of a remote setup.
- You are comfortable in an agile software/AI environment and communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken.
