• You take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting compelling job ads to the final handshake, ensuring a smooth and respectful candidate experience. • You lead structured interviews and assessments, focusing not just on technical skills but also on finding the right cultural addition to our distributed team. • You proactively source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, building a sustainable pipeline of talent for our growing ERP ecosystem. • You work closely with your hiring managers & stakeholders. • You contribute to the continuous improvement of our employer branding and recruiting operations to ensure we remain a top choice for talent in the DACH region. • You collaborate closely with the broader People & Organization team, contributing to internal projects that enhance our company culture and organizational development.

Job Requirements

  • You have gained 2-4 years of professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a SaaS, B2B, or eCommerce environment.
  • You have strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • You have experience in managing stakeholders and building strong internal relationships.
  • You have a proactive and structured approach to your work, with excellent communication skills.
  • You bring a structured and solution-oriented mindset, allowing you to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • You thrive on autonomy and have a "get things done" attitude, coupled with the empathy needed to understand the needs of both candidates and hiring managers.
  • You are fluent in English, German at least B2 skills.
  • You reside in Germany or the Netherlands.
  • 1 year limited contract / start asap.

Role Description Responsible for the maintenance of the physician panel, negotiating costs with physicians within pre-established guidelines, and onboarding new physicians based on Client needs.
