• Deeply understand business needs and translate business needs to a technical project. • Identify appropriate data sources to use. Perform data aggregations and feature engineering as needed. • Write Python programming code to make visualizations, build and implement models. • Be flexible and open to innovative ideas and alternative ways of solving problems. • Present the results to non-tech partners and influence them to use predictive models. • Develop, validate, and deploy advanced machine learning models to predict business outcomes and inform strategic and operational decisions. • Build and evaluate predictive models used in production systems, including real-time scoring and model-driven product workflows. • Assess model impact via A/B testing and other experimental methods to optimize business outcomes. • Stay abreast of industry best practices and state-of-the-art methodology in data science.

• Drive the evolution of access control from a single-tenant to a multi-tenant architecture • Serve as a primary contributor to the Role Discovery and Governance Program • Collaborate with GRC, Security, Engineering, and Product teams to create and maintain a centralized Role Catalog • Document the business purpose, ownership, and consumption patterns for each role • Help develop and implement a formal governance process for role lifecycle • Analyze the current role landscape to identify opportunities for simplification • Partner with business process owners and engineering teams during design and modification • Liaise with internal and external auditors to support SOX audits, control testing

• Develop and operationalize scalable and reliable data pipelines. • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements. • Experience in database management techniques including logical data modeling, physical database optimization and security. • Keep improving the integrity of data pipelines by setting up Data Quality checks to provide a comprehensive data service. • Work with Data and Analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems. • Experience with On-Call support and unblock users based on severity of the issue.
