Role Description Workstate seeks a QA Tester to join our dedicated team! As a QA Tester, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications. You will work closely with developers and other QA team members to identify issues, execute test plans, and verify that our products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach our clients. This position is a remote opportunity, available to people residing in Colombia or Argentina with the legal right to work there. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing - Familiarity with manual and automated testing methodologies - Experience with test case creation and execution, bug tracking, and reporting tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Basic understanding of programming concepts and languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL) - Experience testing new integrations, using tools like Postman, Soap UI, etc. - Experience participating in or running bug bashes - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile team environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Willingness to learn new technologies and tools as needed Requirements - If you are excited about this position but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with all the listed skills, we encourage you to apply anyway.
