This role will design, develop, and integrate secure Salesforce solutions within a DoD cloud environment while ensuring compliance with Air Force cybersecurity and DevSecOps standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong Salesforce development expertise along with experience integrating enterprise systems and working within secure or regulated environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools. - Lead integration efforts with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. - Develop scalable Salesforce applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards. - Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements. - Support CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps automation for Salesforce deployments. - Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Salesforce environments. - Collaborate with architects, functional teams, and government stakeholders to deliver mission capabilities. Skills/Qualification: - 7+ years of Salesforce development experience. - Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, integrations, and Salesforce DX. - Experience working in secure or regulated environments (DoD experience preferred). - Experience working within Agile development environments and CI/CD pipelines. - Minimum of three active Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Integration Architect, or Salesforce Certified Application Architect. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting federal or DoD programs. - Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms and external systems. - Experience supporting DevSecOps and secure cloud environments.
