These factories deliver AI/ML Applications, Data Science Platforms, Blockchain and Microservices for DoD, Healthcare and Civilian Agencies Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead Web Developer to serve as a technical subject matter expert, responsible for designing, developing, and securing enterprise-grade web applications. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to collaborate across Agile teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Microsoft-based technologies, web security, and full software development lifecycle execution. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable web applications. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, testers, and product teams. - Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and demonstrate prototypes prior to release. - Ensure high standards of website security, accessibility, and performance. - Develop and maintain systems supporting budgeting, payment workflows, and end-of-year processing. - Oversee development of interfaces, access controls, data validation, workflows, and content management. - Implement and enforce Agile methodologies and best practices across teams. - Ensure compliance with CMMI Level 3 software development processes. - Participate in full SDLC: requirements analysis, design documentation, development, testing, and deployment planning. - Act as the primary technical point of contact and problem solver for complex application challenges. Care Coordinators support one of the following teams. While the core responsibilities are similar, each team works with a distinct client population and workflow. - Health Systems - Serve as a central point of contact for health system partners and referral sources. Responsibilities include managing incoming referrals, guiding clients through account completion, initiating timely outreach, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the intake process. - Direct-to-Consumer & Payor Partnerships- Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking care through SonderMind or payor partners. Role Description A Care Coordinator is not a scheduler or support agent. This role sits at the highest-friction point in the care journey and helps people move from uncertainty to committed action. Care Coordinators guide prospective patients who often know they need help, but do not yet know what kind, whether they are ready, or how to move forward.
