Role Description The Account Executive is responsible for driving business in assigned accounts (new and installed as assigned) with a concentration on new add-on business and product expansion across the West Territory. Role Description - Administer and maintain the Salesforce environment, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data integrity. - Build and optimize Salesforce Flows, validation rules, formulas, and approval processes. - Manage and configure Salesforce RCA/CPQ including product bundles, pricing rules, quote templates, and guided selling. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions using best practices. - Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT, etc.) to support CRM processes and enhancements. - Conduct impact analysis for new features and integrations. - Support data migrations, imports, and exports using tools like Data Loader. - Support system integration initiatives, including testing and user adoption. - Monitor system performance and proactively address issues or inefficiencies. - Document configurations, customizations, and processes.
