Role Description We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to join our team and serve as the operational backbone of our finance function. Sitting between the CFO and our Junior Financial Analyst and Administrator, this role is central to the day-to-day running of our financial operations. Qualifications - 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role. - CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional designation (or actively working toward completion). - Demonstrated experience with Sage Intacct (or similar ERP) — hands-on and confident in using it day-to-day. - Strong technical accounting knowledge. - Proven ability to manage and develop direct reports. - Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Strong communication skills — able to translate financial complexity into plain language for non-finance stakeholders.
