Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day sales operations. This role is responsible for managing sales processes, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a key point of coordination between customers, sales representatives, and internal teams. The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in enabling the sales team to focus on revenue-generating activities by handling administrative, operational, and customer-related tasks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple functions to ensure seamless operations. This role will support full eastern (US Eastern - EST/EDT) overlap – 9 am to 5 pm. Responsibilities - Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner - Maintain and update customer records, contracts, and sales documentation - Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution - Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations, logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment - Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics - Manage CRM (Salesforce) systems and ensure data accuracy and completeness - Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing materials - Assist with tracking sales targets and pipeline activity - Identify and support process improvements within sales operations Qualifications - Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred) - 2-4 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role - Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Benefits - Competitive compensation package - This role offers opportunities to expand your knowledge of the technology and sales industry while developing broader business operations expertise, with potential to grow into supporting additional teams, functions, and strategic initiatives across the organization - Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development - Supportive work environment with a focus on safety and innovation
