Role Description An exciting new opportunity has arisen in UKG to drive end to end new business sales of our Cloud solutions. Role Description As a Presales Solution Consultant, Reporting & Analytics, you will serve as a senior individual contributor and strategic presales overlay, supporting high-impact opportunities where reporting, analytics, and data storytelling materially influence deal outcomes. - Serve as a subject matter expert across UKG’s reporting and analytics ecosystem, including People Analytics, Workforce Intelligence Hub, Data Warehousing, and Pro WFM Data Hub. - Act as a strategic presales overlay, proactively supporting complex mid-market and enterprise opportunities where analytics expertise is essential. - Partner with Sales and Presales teams to lead discovery, shape opportunity strategy, design demos, and support competitive positioning. - Build, configure, and adapt reports, dashboards, and analytics artifacts—including proof-of-concept experiences—to support evolving opportunity narratives. - Deliver customer-facing demos, workshops, and presentations that connect analytics capabilities to priorities such as compliance, payroll accuracy, labor cost visibility, and operational performance. - Translate analytics, benchmarks, and AI-driven insights into clear business outcomes, enabling faster decisions and stronger manager action. - Collaborate with Product, Services, Marketing, and Enablement teams to share field feedback and strengthen go-to-market readiness. - Represent Presales Reporting & Analytics at internal and external events, including Aspire, UKG Huddle, and other strategic customer programs. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, reporting/analytics consulting, business intelligence, or a related customer-facing role in enterprise software. - Strong hands-on experience with reporting and analytics platforms, including Cognos BI and Looker. - Experience supporting or demonstrating analytics solutions within UKG Pro, including People Analytics, Workforce Intelligence Hub, and Data Warehousing; familiarity with Pro WFM Data Hub or workforce data models. - Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills across executive, technical, and end-user audiences. - Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer needs into solution recommendations and value-based narratives. - Experience in HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, or adjacent workforce technology domains. Requirements - Experience supporting enterprise sales opportunities in a consultative, solution-based sales cycle. - Experience designing dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytics use cases across HCM, Payroll, or WFM. - Familiarity with standard reporting, custom report authoring, data exports, APIs, or adjacent BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and remain calm and effective in fast-moving, high-visibility environments. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
