Key Responsibilities - Support the execution of integrated regional marketing programs aligned to regional business, pipeline, and account engagement priorities. - Adapt and activate global marketing campaigns for regional audiences, including events, webinars, digital programs, direct mail, and partner activities. - Partner with Sales, Business Development, and cross-functional marketing teams to support coordinated account engagement efforts. - Support campaign execution from planning through follow-up, including communications, attendee management, performance tracking, and reporting on engagement, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline influence. - Support regional marketing operations by coordinating timelines, program logistics, vendor activities, and administrative processes that enable successful program execution. - Ensure marketing activities, communications, and content are appropriately localized and aligned to regional audience needs and market priorities. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience supporting and executing field marketing, events, campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, or integrated B2B marketing programs. - Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams. - Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Professional proficiency in English and Spanish. - Ability to travel up to 20%. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) marketing programs. - Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) or account-based experience (ABX) programs. - Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Eloqua. - Experience coordinating regional or multi-country marketing initiatives. - Portuguese language proficiency.
