Role Description As the Senior Manager of GTM Recruiting, you will lead a team of recruiters responsible for hiring top talent across UKG's global Go-to-Market organization. You will develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with business priorities, enabling the company to scale while maintaining a best-in-class hiring experience. This role requires a strategic, data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong partnerships with executive stakeholders. You will leverage workforce planning, talent market insights, recruiting analytics, and operational excellence to drive hiring outcomes while fostering an inclusive and high-performing recruiting culture. - Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters supporting GTM hiring. - Partner with executive leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to develop workforce and hiring strategies. - Drive execution against hiring goals while balancing quality, speed, and candidate experience. - Utilize recruiting metrics and market intelligence to identify trends, influence decision-making, and improve recruiting effectiveness. - Develop scalable recruiting processes that increase efficiency and elevate stakeholder satisfaction. - Collaborate with Talent Intelligence, Recruiting Operations, Employer Brand, HR Business Partners, and Compensation to optimize hiring outcomes. - Forecast recruiting capacity and resource allocation based on business demand. - Lead change initiatives, AI adoption strategies, and continuous process improvements across the recruiting organization. - Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior business leaders. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including significant experience recruiting for Go-to-Market organizations. - 5+ years leading recruiting teams. - Experience supporting enterprise Sales, Marketing, or other GTM organizations. - Demonstrated success partnering with executive-level stakeholders. - Experience developing recruiting strategies using hiring data, workforce planning, and talent market insights. - Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics, forecasting, and operational excellence. - Experience leading organizational change and driving process improvements. - Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills. - Experience working within a global, matrixed organization. Preferred Qualifications - Experience leading recruiting within a high-growth SaaS or technology company. - Knowledge of recruiting systems. - Experience implementing or optimizing recruiting operations and hiring processes. - Familiarity with talent intelligence and market analytics tools. - Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and hiring strategies.
