• Review, develop and write Aviation Emergency Response Plans aligned with regulatory guidance and industry best practice. • Deliver high‑quality, interactive training in person and virtually via Microsoft Teams. • Design, facilitate and evaluate aviation emergency exercises including tabletop, input‑response and full‑scale live exercises. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of aviation emergency standards, regulatory requirements and industry developments. • Participate in internal training days, CPD activities and deployment readiness sessions. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and represent Kenyon professionally with clients and stakeholders. • Work with Product to design and develop new or bespoke training products. • Travel internationally as required to support training and exercises.

• Lead and deliver Continuing Airworthiness consulting, training and managed service projects to agreed quality, commercial and customer satisfaction targets • Provide technical expertise across EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145 and associated Continuing Airworthiness regulatory frameworks • Develop practical and strategic solutions that improve safety, compliance, reliability, efficiency and operational performance within CAMO and AMO environments • Conduct organisational assessments, audits, gap analyses and performance improvement activities using Baines Simmons methodologies and SMARRT MAP™ principles • Support clients in developing effective Maintenance Programmes, Reliability Programmes, Integrated Management Systems and competence frameworks • Mentor and support Consultants through coaching, competence development and technical sign-off activities • Deliver engaging classroom, virtual and facilitated workshop training for technical, supervisory and senior management audiences • Contribute to thought leadership activities including conference presentations, white papers, technical articles and industry working groups

• Conduct Covert Testing at Avn and CNI sites to include the submission of accurate reports via SeMS ST. • Planning of test delivery at Avn and CNI sites in line with the CT department delivery plan produced by the coordinators. • Be fully conversant in Avn and CNI site security disciplines, to include, but not limited to: a. Aviation and CNI site security management. b. Amendments to legislation. c. Control of Test Pieces during testing. d. And any other discipline required of you by Redline in pursuance of its portfolio, growth, customer requirements and development. • You will ensure that correct document control procedures are maintained to include Test Piece sign in/out, SeMS ST reporting, boarding card issue and receipt and vehicle documentation.

• Deliver consulting assignments by analysing client operations, identifying risks, and recommending practical, evidence-based improvements • Manage and contribute to client projects, ensuring delivery to agreed quality, time, and budget standards • Deliver training courses and facilitated workshops, adapting approach to meet learner needs and achieve defined learning outcomes • Apply detailed knowledge of Continuing Airworthiness regulations (including EASA Part-M / Part-CAMO, Part-145, and relevant frameworks such as CAP 747 and Part-21) within client environments, ensuring practical and compliant implementation • Assess organisational structures, management systems, and governance arrangements (e.g. CAMO and AMO, including MOE and CAME), identifying gaps and opportunities to improve both compliance and operational performance • Evaluate interactions between operations, maintenance, and airworthiness functions, identifying dependencies, risks, and inefficiencies across the system • Support the development and improvement of Continuing Airworthiness processes, including maintenance programme (AMP) activities, airworthiness review processes (ARC), and assurance of maintenance activities, including assessment of corrective actions • Build effective client relationships, support business development activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting tools, methodologies, and training products

• Lead tailored product demonstrations of Centrik, Tech Log and Smart Docs for prospects and existing customers • Support Account Executives and Account Managers throughout the sales cycle - from early-stage discovery through to technical sign-off - providing product expertise at the right moments • Design and deliver proof-of-concept scenarios and sandbox environments that allow prospects to experience TrustFlight products in the context of their own operations • Run structured technical and functional discovery sessions that surface the operational workflows, pain points and regulatory requirements driving each opportunity • Understand how a prospect’s existing systems interact with safety, quality and documentation workflows • Contribute to TrustFlight’s responses to RFPs and RFIs, bringing product and domain expertise to ensure responses are accurate, differentiated and credible • Act as a trusted internal resource on TrustFlight product capability • Support onboarding of new Account Executives and Account Managers, helping them build product fluency and confidence in the TrustFlight portfolio

• The Principal Continuing Airworthiness Consultant is a senior technical leader responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact consulting, training, and product development in the Continuing Airworthiness domain. • Lead the development and evolution of Continuing Airworthiness consulting and training propositions. • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across CAMO, Part-145, Part-M / CAMO, and associated regulatory frameworks. • Ensure all products and services remain aligned with regulatory developments and industry best practice. • Monitor industry trends and translate them into new offerings, thought leadership, and client solutions. • Lead complex consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality, profitable delivery and client satisfaction. • Design and implement solutions that improve Maintenance programme effectiveness, Reliability programmes, Airworthiness review processes, and CAMO / AMO organisational performance. • Act as a trusted advisor at senior and executive level, influencing strategy and decision-making. • Apply deep expertise across EASA / UK CAA regulatory frameworks (Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145, Part-21 interfaces) and airworthiness certification, ARC, CofA and regulatory compliance.
