• Fully manages the change management project portfolio from development to execution. • Leads the agile change management team and oversees creation and execution of deliverables. • Applies change management processes and tools to create strategies for project success. • Develops trusted partnerships and acts as a coach for senior leaders. • Prepares for change by conducting impact and stakeholder analyses. • Oversees design and delivery of effective change communication strategies. • Identifies evolving project deliverables and implements plans to resolve issues.

(Contato receptivo ou através de plataformas especificas), com atendimento fim a fim de demandas técnicas e comerciais • Responsável por recepcionar, tratar, solucionar e comunicar o cliente (contato Ativo e/ou por e-mail e aplicativo de mensagens). • Atuar com atendimento ao cliente (externo e interno), com objetivo de garantir a melhor jornada do cliente, com intuito de mudar a percepção do reclamante para uma garantia na nota de satisfação; • Interpretar as reclamações dos consumidores, atuando na correção de causa raiz, sendo demandas técnicas e comerciais. • Formalizar o tratamento das solicitações com clareza e objetividade garantindo o entendimento de clientes

• Conduct professional conversations with individuals who have expressed interest in leadership and professional development programs. • Provide information regarding available learning pathways and support general enquiries using established communication guidelines. • Build and maintain positive professional relationships through effective communication, active listening, and a professional approach to participant engagement. • Utilize digital platforms including Zoom, CRM systems, email, and online communication tools to support workflow management, maintain records, and complete day-to-day administrative activities. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities focused on communication, leadership capability, and role-specific knowledge. • Manage responsibilities independently while following established systems, operational processes, and communication standards within a remote environment.
