Role Description We are looking for 3 Test Experts to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of complex software systems. In this role, you will take ownership of testing strategy, design test environments, and execute a full spectrum of application tests. You will work closely with development and architecture teams to validate that the final product meets high-quality standards. Responsibilities - Take responsibility for the testing strategy and plan all test activities. - Develop test plans, test cases, and design the testing environment. - Implement, execute, and debug application test cases and scripts. - Analyze functional and technical system design for testability. - Interpret test results, track defects, and report on progress, status, and trends. - Validate and document the completion of testing and development. - Collaborate closely with analysts, architects, software developers, and service desk teams to ensure top-tier quality assurance. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of overall experience in IT, including at least 4 years hands-on experience as a Tester or Test Expert. - Proven, hands-on experience testing SharePoint-based applications. - Practical experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans. - Expert knowledge of the full testing spectrum, including unit, integration, functional, performance, stress, acceptance, and regression testing. - Hands-on experience creating SQL queries. - Experience setting up test management tools for new projects, providing test documentation, and a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). - Fluent English (B2 level), confirmed by a formal certificate (specific certificate requirements to be discussed during the process). - Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Engineer level). An ICT-relevant degree is not mandatory. Requirements - You must possess at least one of the following: - ISTQB Advanced certification. - An equivalent internationally recognized certification. - OR: 3 additional years of test management experience (above the required 4 years minimum at a similar position).
