As a Sr Supplier Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will work with a team of supplier quality engineers to ensure that our suppliers meet Honeywell's quality standards and strategy in the manufacture of components. You will be accountable for driving supplier performance improvement, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our supply chain. You will report directly to our Sr Engineer Supplier Quality Engineer Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by managing your day-to-day activities, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will also be accountable for conducting supplier audits, performing root cause analysis, and driving corrective actions to address quality issues. The position requires breadth of technical experience across multiple programs and products, both electrical and mechanical, working directly with suppliers daily, influencing / working closely with the sourcing commodity leadership teams, Quality and NPD. The successful candidate should be able to effectively communicate with senior management, have a big picture strategic mindset, handle multiple priorities, influence, and solve complex problems.
