Role Description The Warehouse Systems & Inventory Controller will ensure maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of all warehouse inventory systems and stock management processes. This role is the central point of control for inventory data, warehouse management systems (WMS), and stock movement records, ensuring real-time accuracy and full visibility across all product categories. What you would be expected to do: - Inventory Management - Maintain accurate stock records across all warehouse locations, including bin, shelf, and pallet-level tracking. - Conduct and coordinate regular cycle counts, spot checks, and full stock takes; investigate and resolve discrepancies. - Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment requests in line with minimum/maximum thresholds. - Process inbound and outbound stock movements, returns, and adjustments in the WMS in a timely manner. - Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) compliance across all relevant product lines. - Warehouse Systems Administration - Serve as the super user and administrator of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). - Maintain master data integrity: item codes, unit of measure, bin locations, product lines, and supplier records. - Troubleshoot system errors, discrepancies, and interface failures; escalate to IT or system vendors as required. - Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for operations, procurement, and finance teams. - Help with system upgrades, user acceptance testing (UAT), and the onboarding of new modules or integrations. - Process Control & Compliance - Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for stock management and system usage. - Ensure all warehouse transactions are recorded in compliance with company policy and audit requirements. - Liaise with finance on stock valuation, write-offs, and period-end closing activities. - Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; propose and implement corrective actions. - Cross-functional teamwork - Work closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align inventory data with operational needs. - Help the inbound receiving teams to ensure accurate goods-received notes (GRNs) and supplier documentation. - Assist the warehouse manager with KPI reporting, stock accuracy targets, and operational performance reviews. - Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Qualifications - Has a degree qualification from a recognized institution preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Economics & Mathematics, or Data Science. - Ability to multi-task and address other priorities. - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse inventory, stock control, or logistics coordination role. - Demonstrated hands-on experience with a WMS (e.g. SAP WM/EWM, Oracle WMS, Manhattan, Infor, or similar). - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation); ERP experience is an advantage. - Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail; comfortable working with large datasets. - Relevant qualification in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or a related field is preferred. - Very good people person & Team Player skills; able to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, members and external partners. - Excellent verbal & written communication skills. - Ability to work remotely under minimal supervision. Role Description - Leads the day-to-day accounting function for the True Up Companies and four related companies. - Leads the month-end close process ensuring complete and accurate information is available to prepare financial statements and project level reporting. - Prepares timely monthly financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. - Develops and mentors the team to support the rapid growth of the company. - Maintain the Workday ERP setup for Financials, Expenses, Suppliers, Procurement, Inventory and Projects. Become a subject matter expert for Workday accounting functions, project costing, developing reports/dashboards and ad hoc reporting. - Assists in calculating project level percent of completion revenue recognition. - Reviews payroll calculations weekly for accuracy. - Manages preparation of monthly and quarterly sales tax returns and ensures continuing compliance as tax laws change. - Assists in preparation of subcontractor agreements and administration of payment requests and lien waivers for subcontracts. - Maintains and updates a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk. - Prepares recurring and ad hoc analysis for variances compared to budget and prior year. - Assists in creating annual budget and forecasts. - Implement strategies to minimize taxes for the company. Assists in the preparation of company tax returns. - Identifies changes to tax or regulatory rules that may affect the business. Creates action plans to mitigate their impact. - Continually assesses financial systems, processes and procedures. Implement improvements as necessary. - Assists in planning long-term strategy along with the management team to consistently deliver strong rates of return and low levels of risk for the owners. - Maintains a constant focus on reducing costs through process improvements, vendor negotiations and productivity increases. - Coordinates external audits and provides information to auditors as needed. Qualifications - Master’s degree in accounting or finance preferred. - Eight years or more of related experience required. - Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation preferred. • Support the Controller in leading and developing the Accounting team through coaching, training, and mentorship to promote engagement, retention, and professional growth. • Oversee and support general accounting functions, including month close, intercompany accounting, account reconciliations, cash management, balance sheet analysis, and financial reporting. • Manage the financial consolidation process to ensure timely and accurate consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP. • Assist in managing the annual audit process, including preparation of audit schedules, supporting documentation, and coordination with external auditors. • Evaluate, develop, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting, consistency across the organization • Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards. • Support accounting and financial integration activities related to acquisitions and other business transactions. • Collaborate with FP&A, operational leaders and other corporate functions to support accurate KPI reporting, financial analysis and strategic initiatives. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and implementation of accounting best practices.

• Own the accounting function, including accounts payable processes, vendor onboarding and diligence, prepaid expenses, vendor advances, corporate card programs, reconciliations, and revenue recognition in compliance with US GAAP. • Build and maintain PadSplit’s internal control environment, including manager-level reviews of payroll, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and systems access governance. Manage SaaS license oversight to reduce redundancy and improve cost efficiency. • Coordinate income tax compliance with external partners and own year-end reporting processes, including Employee W-2s, Contractor 1099s, and Host 1099s across PadSplit’s marketplace. • Manage treasury operations, including Positive Pay, cash management, covenant tracking, and compliance reporting for financing arrangements. • Serve as the internal lead for the annual financial audit, workers’ compensation audit, SAFE/convertible note and 409A valuations, and annual investor confirmations. • Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and external partners to improve systems, strengthen controls, and support responsible business growth.
