Role Description This is a remote position. We are looking for a Solution Engineer with strong experience in AI-powered development tools, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and microservices-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand business requirements, build prototypes and practical solutions, and bridge the gap between business and engineering teams. They should be outcome-driven, skilled in modern development practices, and capable of delivering production-ready solutions efficiently. What You'll Do - Work directly with business stakeholders and non-technical executives to understand business problems and desired outcomes. - Convert ambiguous business requirements into clear technical requirements and solution designs. - Ask the right questions to uncover workflows, constraints, integrations, and success criteria without relying on deeply technical discussions. - Rapidly build working prototypes and business applications using modern development tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-assisted ("vibe coding") approaches. - Evaluate and recommend the right mix of SaaS products, custom development, and integrations to achieve business outcomes quickly. - Deliver functional solutions with a strong focus on speed-to-outcome and business value. - Identify gaps between a rapidly developed ("vibe coded") application and a production-grade system. - Clearly articulate production-readiness requirements—including scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, testing, and monitoring—to Full Stack Engineering teams. - Collaborate with engineers to transition prototypes into production-ready solutions. - Drive projects forward despite ambiguity, changing requirements, or technical obstacles. - Demonstrate ownership and resourcefulness without getting blocked by minor technical challenges. Qualifications - Overall looking for 10+ years of experience. - Must have minimum 4+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Software Engineering, Technical Consulting, Product Engineering, or a related role. - Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered software engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, or similar), combined with modern CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and agentic AI-driven quality assurance practices. - Proven track record designing, building, and scaling complex cloud-native enterprise applications in distributed, microservices-based architectures. - Deep expertise across major cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with the ability to architect and deploy solutions in multi-cloud environments. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently find paths to solutions. - Proven ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into technical designs. - Ability to quickly evaluate technical trade-offs and make practical solution recommendations. - Strong understanding of software architecture fundamentals and production system requirements. - Experience identifying why prototype or vibe-coded applications fail in production and understanding how to address those gaps. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences. - Strong execution mindset with a demonstrated ability to maintain momentum and deliver outcomes under uncertainty. Benefits - Dedicated Learning & Development Budget: Fuel your growth with a budget dedicated solely to learning. - Cutting-Edge Projects: Work on exciting projects with the latest technologies. - Employee-Friendly Leave Policy: Recharge with ample leave options designed for a healthy work-life balance. - Remote-First Culture: At think bridge, we all work from wherever we choose but come together during set hours to collaborate. - Leave & Time-off: All leaves taken are paid leaves, intended for planned vacations, personal commitments, or any other needs requiring prior approval. - Day 1 coverage with fully paid Medical (employee + dependents), 75% paid Vision (employee only), and a fully funded HSA. - Reimbursement for approved certifications and short courses that support your role. - Embrace diversity and ensure equal opportunity for everyone, fostering an inclusive workplace where all voices are valued.
