• Work with Sales partner to process large B2B lead lists sourced from industry events and other channels (1,000+ leads per batch). • Clean and validate raw lead lists by removing low-fit companies. • Segment cleaned leads into focused cohorts by industry, use cases, or business challenges. • Develop segment-specific messaging and intro campaigns. • Run structured outbound campaigns using tools such as HubSpot, Lemlist, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or phone. • Track engagement signals to narrow the funnel from cold leads to warm, qualified prospects. • Hand over warm, problem-fit, and responsive prospects to Sales partner for closing. • Build and improve repeatable lead processing workflows.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B lead strategy, growth, demand generation, sales ops, or revenue operations
- Strong data cleaning, segmentation, and prioritization skills
- Experience running email & outbound campaigns at scale
- Familiarity with CRM & outreach tools (HubSpot, Lemlist, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Ability to analyze engagement data and optimize conversion funnel
- Strong business judgment to assess fit, intent, and probability to close.
