Role Description As a Print Support Specialist (PSS), you will be responsible for resolving complex print-related issues escalated from our Print Customers. Role Description The Manager of Customer Operations and Data is responsible for leading a national team that supports customer account setup, maintenance, e-commerce administration, and data operations across multiple platforms and workflows. This role ensures data integrity, operational consistency, and service excellence while enabling sales growth, customer retention, and efficient customer experience. The focus of this position is growing sales in each account to become the single source provider for all our customers. Role Description As a Senior Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling technical escalations and advanced troubleshooting to provide quality support to our customers and subscribers. You will play a vital role in increasing subscriber satisfaction and retention by maximizing your technical knowledge to increase our first contact resolution rate. In this exciting role, you will take ownership of the technical escalation process and related customer follow-up, researching solutions to complex technical issues.
