Responsibilities Employee Engagement - Plan and facilitate company events that will engage our employees and foster positive team spirit. - Achieve high feedback ratings, healthy participation rates across departments, and engagement levels for social events: - Casual activities (e.g., movie nights, Tech Talks, outsourced activities). - Competitive/structured activities (e.g., virtual games, webinars, Virtual Town Halls). - Large company events (e.g., company outings, year-end parties). - Track participation in engagement programs such as quarterly meetups and Social Club activities. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle - Keep track of the overall onboarding process and ensure timely execution of activities. - Facilitate employee onboarding to ensure a positive and seamless experience, including conducting new hire orientations, hosting team introductions, and conducting 1-week check-ins. - Help new employees adapt to company culture, working schedules, tools, and systems, and introduce them to their assigned leaders and colleagues. - Ensure new hires understand policies in the Employee Handbook, performance standards, and People Ops processes (payroll, timekeeping, health insurance administration, leave applications). - Manage employee 201 files, keep track of personal information, and ensure compliance with pre-employment requirements. - Facilitate and monitor the annual and bi-annual performance review processes across teams by tracking evaluation results, ensuring timely submissions, and coordinating regular review cycles with department leaders. - Help manage and facilitate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) by partnering with leaders to set clear goals and timelines while tracking employee progress to ensure fair and structured support. - Conduct engagement and pulse surveys to gather insights on how to improve the overall employee experience. Learning & Development (L&D) - Assist with learning and development programs to promote growth and development opportunities for employees. - Provide support for the mentorship program, tracking mentor-mentee pairs, learning plans, and learning check-ins to help achieve a 100% mentorship pairing rate. - Plan the L&D activity calendar and facilitate learning sessions (at least 1 learning session every 2 months for all employees, and at least 1 Leadership Training Session every quarter). - Help Spectrum One establish a coaching culture and leadership excellence. - Liaise with 3rd-party training providers or resource speakers, and manage programs providing educational support for employees continuing their academic schooling. Internal Communications - Develop, implement, and maintain an engaging internal communications strategy that keeps all employees informed, connected, and aligned with company goals and culture. - Draft and distribute clear, engaging internal announcements, leadership updates, policy rollouts, and milestone celebrations across Slack and email updates. - Manage internal communication tools to ensure company information and handbooks are accessible, while maintaining open feedback channels for employees. • Utilize AI coding assistants and LLMs to generate functional prototypes and front-end interfaces based on natural language prompts and design concepts. • Act as the voice of the user. • Manage accounting, tax compliance, payroll support, and government reporting requirements • Support People Operations in timekeeping and payroll processing • Process and validate SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions • Ensure compliance with employee-related statutory requirements • Prepare and file BIR tax returns and compliance requirements • Assist contractors with tax compliance and supporting documentation • Prepare supporting schedules and documentation required during audits • Maintain accurate accounting records and organized filing systems • Track and reconcile tax payments, government contributions, and compliance-related transactions

• Design, build, and maintain complex, omnichannel contact flows (Voice, Chat, SMS) within Amazon Connect. • Act as the technical lead on contact center projects, providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and administrators. • Collaborate with Customer Support and Sales leaders to understand business goals, define metrics, and recommend technical solutions that improve First Contact Resolution (FCR) and Average Handle Time (AHT). • Ensure the contact center architecture follows AWS Well-Architected Framework principles, focusing on high availability, disaster recovery, and data security. • Troubleshoot complex telecommunications, WebRTC, and API integration issues. • Manage telecom resources, including claiming/porting numbers and configuring queue/routing profiles.

• Support People Operations in timekeeping and payroll processing, and government contributions, ensuring compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and PAGIBIG. • Assist contractors with their BIR filings, government contributions, and compiling of official receipts, prepare and submit government compliance and expense reports to leadership. • Keep track of compliance deadlines, maintain organized filings and documents for future audits. • Create BIR 2307 for suppliers before the specified deadline and ensure timely VAT and income tax filings every quarter. • Process the Tax Annualization requirements annually, including filing of Employee Alphalist, or preparing and filing the BIR 2316 for all employees. • Create BIR 2316 for resigning employees, as needed. • Facilitate the annual renewal of the Mayor's permit and process SEC requirements, including GIS and ITR submission. • Handle 13th-month pay and leave encashment processing.
