• You will take ownership of a critical, long-term public sector initiative. • Design, build, and maintain complex, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform independently. • Ensure a seamless handover of platform ownership before and after go-live. • Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders to define solutions while managing the information flow to ensure leadership and clients are always aligned on status and risk.
Job Requirements
- 5–7+ years of Salesforce Development, with a strong focus on custom development (Apex/LWC) and solution design in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Previous experience in the Public Sector or Child Welfare systems is highly preferred (Good-to-have).
- A strong willingness and strategic mindset to sustain, maintain, and optimize a single, complex solution over a three-year horizon.
- A proven track record of self-management. You are comfortable working in an environment where outcomes are measured by delivery, successful knowledge transfer, and client satisfaction.
- The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Willingness and ability to work between 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM PH Time to ensure critical overlap and alignment with the US team.
