• Own end-to-end test coverage across the system: order matching, settlement, margin and liquidation, deposits and withdrawals, the API surface and the frontend • Define the test strategy for every new product and feature before it ships: spot, perps and event contracts • Build automated test infrastructure, using AI to multiply your reach: generated test cases, agent-driven exploratory testing and LLM-assisted triage • Drive edge-case testing: partial fills, reorg and oracle-deviation scenarios, liquidation cascades and the agent-driven attack surface (we run a live red-team scope for DoS and exploitation on testnet) • Communicate effectively and proactively with other parts of the organisation and drive discussions between different projects. Reporting is a massive part of what you do, you are constantly pushing information to those who need it in order to help them make better decisions. • Run regression and load testing against Somnia's throughput and latency profile • Drive defect management, ensuring issues are prioritised appropriately, root causes are understood and regressions cannot recur.
Senior Business Development Manager
SomniaHigh-speed EVM Layer 1 blockchain, processing 1M+ TPS with sub-second finality, bringing entire worlds data on-chain.
• Own the market maker pipeline: source, pitch, negotiate and onboard MMs, from DeFi-native firms early on to an anchor tier 1 relationship, structuring deals across CLOB rewards, fee arrangements and liquidity commitments • Get DreamDEX integrated with the major spot and cross-chain aggregators, then manage those relationships so we keep winning flow on price • Build and activate the institutional pipeline: trading firms, funds, family offices, OTC desks, prime brokers and custodians, with white-glove onboarding for qualified institutions • Build an active Builder pipeline: Trading terminals, AI strategies and native apps to drive users and volume to the Dex. • Close liquidity deals that grow TVL: institutional LPs, protocol and DAO treasuries, and vault operators • Land distribution partnerships that feed the exchange: wallets, perp aggregators and bridges • Support broader Somnia BD where your network applies: ecosystem projects, stablecoin partners and treasury deals on the L1 • Feed market intelligence back to product: you hear first what MMs and institutions need (RFQ flow, reporting, credit arrangements, API features) and help shape the roadmap • Represent DreamDEX and Somnia at conferences and in the rooms where these deals get done

Senior Infrastructure Engineer
SomniaHigh-speed EVM Layer 1 blockchain, processing 1M+ TPS with sub-second finality, bringing entire worlds data on-chain.
• Define and maintain SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets, plus the observability—metrics, logs, traces and alerts—that catches regressions before users do. • Build repeatable, self-service infrastructure through infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD and golden paths so teams can provision, deploy and recover without reinventing the wheel. • Own rollouts end-to-end—progressive delivery, canaries, safe migrations and clean rollbacks. • Operate the systems behind Somnia's nodes, validators, RPC and indexing, tuning for performance and cost across regions. • Lead incident response and on-call, run blameless postmortems, and continuously harden the platform. • Partner with product and protocol teams to design and operate production-ready services. You'll rotate between embedding with engineering teams and building the shared platform, tooling and operational standards that underpin the wider organisation.
Senior Infrastructure Engineer
SomniaHigh-speed EVM Layer 1 blockchain, processing 1M+ TPS with sub-second finality, bringing entire worlds data on-chain.
Role Description We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to build and run Somnia's key backend services: the L1 and node fleet, RPC and indexing layers, product backends, and developer-facing services teams depend on. An SRE-minded role: you make reliability measurable, rollouts safe, and infrastructure repeatable, so every team can move fast without breaking things. You treat infrastructure as a product: automate relentlessly, measure everything, and leverage AI to accelerate development, operations, and incident response. Key Responsibilities - Define and maintain SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets, plus the observability—metrics, logs, traces and alerts—that catches regressions before users do. - Build repeatable, self-service infrastructure through infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD and golden paths so teams can provision, deploy and recover without reinventing the wheel. - Own rollouts end-to-end—progressive delivery, canaries, safe migrations and clean rollbacks. - Operate the systems behind Somnia's nodes, validators, RPC and indexing, tuning for performance and cost across regions. - Lead incident response and on-call, run blameless postmortems, and continuously harden the platform. - Partner with product and protocol teams to design and operate production-ready services. Qualifications - Strong experience operating production infrastructure at scale (cloud and/or bare metal), with deep Linux fundamentals. - Experience with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform or Pulumi, alongside configuration management. - Experience running containers and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) in production. - Strong programming skills, ideally in Go and/or TypeScript, for building automation and internal tooling. - Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry or equivalents). - Experience operating and monitoring distributed systems, including capacity planning and performance tuning. - Comfortable operating in high-stakes production environments and responding to incidents. - Genuine interest in crypto and on-chain systems. Requirements - Experience operating blockchain node infrastructure (validators, RPC, archive nodes) for an L1/L2. - Experience with high-performance networking, low-latency systems or load balancing at scale. - Multi-region and geo-distributed deployments with failover strategies. - Security and key management (HSMs, secrets management, hardening). - EVM tooling and the wider Web3 infrastructure ecosystem. What Success Looks Like - Engineers can deploy safely and frequently with confidence. - Platform reliability is measurable, with well-defined SLOs and continuously improving service health. - Infrastructure is automated, repeatable and increasingly self-service. - Incidents become less frequent, easier to diagnose and faster to resolve. - Product teams spend more time shipping features and less time managing infrastructure. How We Work - Agent maximalists: We are strong believers in agentic tooling being a massive accelerant to velocity beyond vibe coding prototypes. - Ownership and autonomy: A lean team that optimises for individual impact and velocity. Engineers own features end-to-end, from idea to production. - Outcome-oriented: We take on hard technical problems, but the tech is always a means to an end. What matters is what ships and the impact it has. - Best tool for the job: We solve interesting problems in the simplest way possible.
Full-Stack Engineer
SomniaHigh-speed EVM Layer 1 blockchain, processing 1M+ TPS with sub-second finality, bringing entire worlds data on-chain.
• Design and build production-grade products end-to-end—back-end through UI—across consumer apps, developer-facing technologies and internal platform tooling. • Build the high-performance back-ends and services these products depend on. • Create developer technologies—SDKs, APIs, CLIs, libraries and starter kits—that make the platform easy to build on. • Build internal tooling and platform infrastructure that raises the velocity of the whole team. • Work self-directed: watch the ecosystem and the team's needs, spot gaps and propose and build what moves things forward. • Work with DevRel, Marketing and BD so what you build lands with users and developers and fits go-to-market.
Head of Marketing
SomniaHigh-speed EVM Layer 1 blockchain, processing 1M+ TPS with sub-second finality, bringing entire worlds data on-chain.
• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across Somnia L1 and the products built on top • Shape the marketing operating model so the team is structured around products and outcomes • Set the weekly operating rhythm: targets, reviews, post-mortems • Own the growth numbers • Run the full acquisition stack: organic content engines, paid, KOL programs, season campaigns, referral loops • Build the analytics layer that turns on-chain and community data into prioritization for the team • Own the master Somnia narrative • Define and protect the visual identity, tone of voice, and brand governance across every team and channel • Own retention across the product stack • Set the strategy for Discord, Telegram, X, and ecosystem comms • Own earned media strategy and tier-1 editorial relationships across crypto and mainstream tech • Lead the global events calendar • Partner with the product leads for DreamDEX, Prophecy, and future products as their commercial counterpart • Manage agency relationships, KOL contracts, and external creative partners
Product Marketing Manager
SomniaHigh-speed EVM Layer 1 blockchain, processing 1M+ TPS with sub-second finality, bringing entire worlds data on-chain.
• Own positioning and messaging for Prophecy end-to-end: what it is, who it's for, why it's different, and why now. Translate technical primitives (real-time settlement, AI resolution, agentic liquidity) into sharp, defensible narratives that work across trader, builder, and partner audiences • Lead go-to-market for every Prophecy launch: mainnet milestones, new market categories, agent integrations, partner activations, and token / incentive moments. Run cross-functional launch pods spanning product, engineering, comms, growth, design, and BD • Define and run the marketing roadmap for Prophecy in lockstep with the product and community leads. Sequence launches, campaigns, and content so each beat compounds on the last instead of competing for airtime • Build the audience. Design and execute always-on programs that grow Prophecy's qualified builders base • Own competitive intelligence. Maintain a live read on the competitive landscape such that you understand how to differentiate and position Prophecy • Run customer and market research. Talk to traders, builders, and KOLs continuously. Bring insight back into product roadmap, pricing, and creative • Brief and produce content that earns attention in the web3 space: launch threads, longform research notes, explainer videos, dashboards, KOL kits, conference assets, and AMA narratives. Quality bar is "screenshotted on CT," not "ticked the box." • Partner with comms on tier-1 press, podcast bookings, and thought leadership. Land Prophecy in the publications and shows the target audience actually reads and listens to • Instrument everything. Define the KPIs that matter and own the weekly reporting rhythm. Kill what isn't working, double down on what is • Be the channel partner-in-chief internally. Brief channel owners on the Prophecy narrative so every channel ships consistent, on-message activations without you in the room
