• Coach and train the Estimate Review Specialists, Billing Dispute Coordinators, Administrative Assistants through departmental scorecards and training initiatives. • Evaluate the accuracy, consistency, and carrier compliance of the estimates reviewed by the estimate review staff. • Develop and maintain scorecards. • Collaborate with account managers on carrier-specific guidelines. • Serve as the go-to mentor for new hires entering the review team. • Conduct structured audits of review staff, evaluating accuracy and carrier-guideline adherence across estimate reviews. • Identify patterns in review errors and recommend process improvements, training topics, or guideline updates. • Track performance trends and provide surface findings to leadership. • Provide guidance to audit leadership on Quality Assurance Department employee performance appraisals. • Liaise between audit leadership and the Estimate Review Specialists, Administrative Assistants, Billing Dispute Coordinators and Quality Assurance Coordinators quality of work. • Partner with account managers to align review workflows with current insurance carrier requirements and guidelines. • Serve as a dedicated mentor and trainer for new-hire review staff; build onboarding materials and provide ongoing coaching opportunities to leadership. • Handle XactAnalysis setups for SERVPRO HQ staff. • Assume additional responsibilities, as assigned.

• Develop, implement, and provide ongoing quality assurance calibration of processes as well as a case management mentoring, both managed and delivered at the operational level • Educate and equip operations with performance measurement and reporting tools that can be used to objectively measure and grow operations • Provide national account and regulatory quality oversight • As applicable, provide oversight and management of URAC compliance and renewals • Work with executive, general and case management department management to ensure the case management department successfully implemented and is adhering to CorVel standards (including quality assurance, reporting, and management processes) • Work closely with new hires to ensure consistent and full integration/training of all case management managers to CorVel standards as well as training for system usage pertaining to case management and reporting • Identify developmental needs and and participate in training of case management leadership, including the training/re-training of all offices on standards and procedures, and usages of the CorVel case management and reporting system • Develop, run and interpret management reports to ensure the case management operations are utilizing the tools available to manage compliance of services delivery within company standards • Facilitate peer-to-peer quality reviews to ensure delivery of quality case management • Review results and outcomes with general management and case management leadership and develop action plans where warranted • Make recommendations in collaboration with field operations to ensure actions toward improvement are identified • Develop and oversee case management manager mentor program to facilitate the onboarding of new supervision and management to equip field with the tools for compliance and consistency of CorVel standards and procedures • Implementation, oversight and communication of regulatory requirements within case management services to include, state, federal and URAC • Identify trends and recommend action plans to management for continuous process improvement • Ability to travel up to fifty percent of the time

• Supporting the Test Assurance Manager and Leads in test planning, management and execution activities for Control Room products • Leading end-to-end test activities, including test planning, estimation, reporting, and coordination of Test Analysts • Taking ownership of the design and execution of test cases to ensure solutions meet agreed quality standards • Collaborating closely with project, development, and test teams throughout the testing lifecycle, from requirements and specification reviews through to test analysis, test design, execution, defect management, and reporting • Applying appropriate testing methodologies, tools, and techniques while adhering to established standards and processes • Validating that new and enhanced systems perform as specified and meet business requirements • Providing quality-related feedback, assessing testing impacts and risks, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and producing knowledge transfer documentation where required to support the successful adoption of new software and processes • Producing and maintaining testing artefacts including test plans, schedules, progress reports, and completion reports to support successful project delivery • Managing FAT and SAT testing activities, ensuring appropriate test coverage, resources, environments, and support are in place to meet project timelines • Providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on testing progress, quality metrics, and defect status
