After-Sales Coordinator – Site Manager

• Coordinate on-site construction activities and all project participants (project management, service technicians, subcontractors, customers) • Plan and manage on-site resources • Ensure quality, compliance with safety standards, and documentation of construction progress • Participate in project meetings and coordinate with all stakeholders • Support installations, commissioning, and acceptance tests • Contribute to technical project documentation • Monitor suppliers and subcontractors • Ensure technical compliance and project profitability
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or mechatronics
- Initial professional experience (minimum 2 years) in site management or project implementation
- Good knowledge of MS Office and a general affinity for IT
- Technical understanding of electrical systems and installations
- Driving licence class B
- Fluent in German and good English skills

• Drive customer engagement and sales performance through effective in‑person interactions. • Build strong, compliant relationships with HCPs and office staff across assigned accounts. • Deliver approved promotional and disease‑state messaging to support appropriate product use. • Leverage product, disease, and market knowledge to identify opportunities and prioritize accounts. • Support patient access by providing information on reimbursement, hubs, and co‑pay resources. • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to address customer needs and advance business objectives. • Use digital tools and insights to plan, execute, and optimize territory activities.
• Own and grow new business across the Benelux region. • Build Huble's commercial presence in France & Belgium. • Develop pipeline from the ground up and establish Huble as the go-to HubSpot partner in the market. • Take ownership of the Benelux team as it grows. • Proactively qualify inbound leads and manage through the Huble sales process. • Conduct outreach to target companies and build relationships with decision makers. • Attend industry events to generate pipeline and enhance Huble's market presence. • Maintain strong relationships with HubSpot sales and partner teams.
