As an AI-First Product Analyst, you will: - Partner primarily with Product leadership while also supporting strategic initiatives from the Office of the CEO. - Work AI-first: teach and enable Scout (our company AI agent) and other AI teammates to handle analytics requests autonomously. - Spend your time on two things: - Enabling Scout — identifying what it takes to answer a recurring question, building the data and logic behind it, and teaching the system to do it reliably. - Tackling harder analytical problems — investigating product hypotheses, uncovering hidden growth opportunities, challenging assumptions with data, and proposing better ways to analyze the business. We are looking for someone who combines analytical rigor, business curiosity, AI fluency, and startup execution speed. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Product Intelligence, Growth Analytics, or related analytical roles. - Proven experience supporting Product organizations in SaaS or technology companies. - Demonstrated track record of driving business outcomes through analytics and insights. - Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments. Role Description You will join Smartcat’s GTM org as a Marketplace Delivery Team Manager, owning the full marketplace onboarding experience and ensuring successful marketplace adoption across the entire customer lifecycle—from pre-sales to steady-state operations. Marketplace Delivery Managers are responsible for guiding customers through Smartcat’s marketplace model and technologies, reducing operational risks, and enabling efficient, scalable multilingual content delivery. In this role, you will ensure customers achieve reliable outcomes and gain confidence in Smartcat’s marketplace. Our main team objective is to safeguard our service-level commitments for quality and on-time marketplace delivery by overseeing supplier selection for specific translation workflows, monitoring project execution, and intervening when necessary.
